I found Sarah Laser Center on Groupon, and with the great deals and convenient location I thought I would go and check them out. However, it was probably a two to three month wait for the next available appointment. I took the next available appointment and I went in for my laser hair removal treatment this week, finally. It's hard to rate a place based only on one visit, and my ratings would most likely reflect my results more than anything else. Therefore, I will be going back to edit and change my review, as well as possibly my rating, based on results and future experiences. I got the first appointment of the day, and they didn't open the doors until exactly 10am. I was offered water while I filled out the paperwork and read about the treatments (it's not my first time getting laser hair removal but it's much appreciated). Once I finished the paperwork, the technician came in and explained the process to me. I didn't particularly find the treatment to be painful at all. She frequently stopped to ask how I was doing. I thought she seemed friendly, and I think this would be a great place to go to for laser hair removal if you're feeling shy or nervous about the process at all. read more

I will complete my 5th treatment of microneedling in February with Angie. All I can say is this has been an amazing experience, one I definitely wasn't expecting. I have had trouble with scars on my face for years (since I was 13) and no matter what I have tried to do, I have never been able to mask the scars, acne, and insecurities I feel about my skin. I went from constantly wearing foundation and make-up to cover all my scars (and failing to cover them), to not wearing any make-up at all. I absolutely love the fact that I feel so much prettier without make up than with it now. I feel so comfortable in my skin and saw a difference from the very first treatment. Awesome for Laser Hair Removal. I used a groupon and was able to get a "small area" done for the groupon price. Realizing I wanted an "extended bikini" I did have to pay a a little over $100 each time I went for my treatment. That being said, I absolutely LOVE not having to shave. All in all it cost less than $1,000 and I would do it again in a heart beat. Clean facility, nice people, relaxed atmosphere. If you're in the air about where or not to do it, take the plunge! I saw a Groupon for Sarah's Laser Center so I thought I would give it a try. I putchased the IPL facial, and I was very happy with the results. I was a little nervous going to a new place that I was not familiar with, but as soon as I walked in I was at ease. I was burnt by the laser not once, but twice with the laser hair removal. Even after showing them photos of my skin after the first treatment they failed to adjust laser appropriately. When I showed them the red blisters all over my legs they said that was "normal". I went to a dermatologist and was told it was anything but normal and if I am lucky I will not scar but more than likely I will have white spots where the red marks are. I just completed my 6 laser hair removal treatment. So far I am pleased with the results. It was recommended that I complete an additional 6 treatments due to my darker skin complexion. I agreed since I have had little to no hair growth between treatments. The dark spots are gone which is awesome. The additional treatments are a little more pricey then the deal with groupon however, they do let you break up the payments which was still way cheaper than ideal image! So after my consultation during my 6th treatment. It was discussed that I shouldn't have minimum to no hair growth after 12 sessions. But from time to time due to hormones if i have hair growth then I can return periodic for additional treatments. So we will see. So I returned for my second treatment about 4 weeks ago and I would have to say that I currently do not see any hair! (YAY). Approximately, week 4 after the first treatment, the hair grew back thick. I did as advised by Angie and did not tweeze or puck the hairs. I just shaved them down as instructed. When I went in for my second treatment it was a lot of hair to zap which is a good thing. (I want this hair gone so bad). Nevertheless, a few days after I received the second treatment. I noticed that the some of the hair started to grow back into the skin (ouch). I did pick the hair out which left small sores. Currently, I am hair free and awaiting treatment number three! So far so good! I want to see if the hair will be less for treatment number 3. I am happy I haven't had to tweeze or worry about this hair. My skin is as smooth as a baby's bottom for now! I will continue posting my progress with each treatment! I've had 3 or 4 laser hair removal treatments (can't remember) here and I'm very pleased with the results so far. I've been coming to Angie to have my upper lip hair removed due to a few stubborn, coarse hairs that I would constantly have to pluck, and I've seen a major improvement. I definitely need a few more treatments to treat it entirely, but after receiving laser hair removal treatments at another facility, I can definitely say her technology is powerful and up to date! Other places will get you in at a very low price but then use less powerful technology that causes you to pay double what you would have paid elsewhere. Additionally, the place is clean and quiet, and Angie performs the treatments very quickly! I wrote my last review during my laser hair removal sessions I bought on groupon. Now over a year later, hair grows more and thicker in the area. I called to question it but was told it was a hair reduction not removal. I thought i purchased a laser hair removal groupon not a laser hair reduction groupon. They offered a touch up that I would have to pay for and claimed the results weren't supposed to be permanent. This is the WORST hair removal centers I have been to to. From someone that has gotten not only laser hair removal before, but also electrolysis I NEVER had any problems. However after getting laser hair removal on a small area it left me with 3rd degree burns that are probably now going to scar. While the procedure was only about 30 seconds. It was the most painful thing I have ever done. I have an extremely high pain tolerance and never have had any problems in the past. However, during those 30 seconds I almost asked her to stop. Not only do they not put anything on your skin, which is custom to put on after the procedure, they expect you to buy a cream for 45 additional dollars. SAVE YOUR MONEY, go somewhere else. If not you might have 3rd degree burns and scarring like I do. read more
