Tried a new provider because I was very unhappy with my last treatment at my old provider. I know what results I want and my nurse Katie at Ideal Image listened 100%. She mixed the Botox and filled my needles in front of me, which the other place didn't do. She was very meticulous about everything. She marked on my face where to inject, which the other place didn't do. She was very gentle, no bruising, which I always had before. I started seeing results in 2 days. Much quicker then before. It's been 4 full days and so far I am 100% satisfied. I skipped my crows feet this time, did forehead and between brows, but am definitely going back to her to have them done. With Botox it's up to the provider how much saline they water it down with. I think my last provider was giving me less potent, or old, Botox with every next visit which is why I became unhappy I think. As long as my results continue to be this good I have a new permanent provider. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the atmosphere of the office is weird. Very quiet. Was there twice and only saw 2 other clients. Just got a weird vibe, but in the end I am completely satisfied and highly recommend Katie for Botox. Also really wish they participated in the Brilliant Distinctions program. It really helps save you a little money on Botox, and other products and services.

I was told by one of the employees that they were having trouble with their laser machine and my appointment was changed twice due to the machine being repaired. I questioned why the laser was ice cold and I was told "a piece on the machine was replaced and when it's cold that means it's really working" that was a joke! From reading comments it appears she's reaching out to people behind the scenes when complaints are made. Before originally scheduling in January 2014 I confirmed over the phone that this was a money back guarantee, and the answering staff member confirmed yes, that they've never had anyone that the treatment didn't work on. One year and 3 treatments later, after following all instructions perfectly in addition to going above and beyond to be sure I was doing my part, my nail situation is worse, not one bit better. I was assured the entire time that I just needed to continue following instructions and scheduling appointments. No results. Now they're refusing a refund, stating that it's just a written guarantee that it works, meaning they'll continue treating at "no cost". I'd rather get that whopping $500 back for this bogus treatment then continue playing this game. Now I have to take Lamisil and risk my liver, or just live with this problem forever. Don't waste your money. I'm very disappointed.
