Hard to say goodbye :,( Doctor Perry is great at what he does. Very kind and he will explain procedures with your best interest in mind. I've spent thousands of dollars here on different medical procedures and products. My gripes are with staff. There is a sense of arrogance here. When you ask them questions you will get attitude or a person on the other end of the phone making a sighing sound? I've recently canceled a $4000 procedure because of the "Snotty" attitude and honestly they could care less. Never received a call or a concern about my discomfort. Doctor Perry is retiring soon and maybe that's why? Not sure. Very very unfortunate considering all they would have to do is be pleasant. Eternally grateful for Dr. Perry Jr. and his lovely staff. My mother was one of Dr. Perry Jr.'s first patients years ago and has recommended him highly to many people, so of course I chose him to help me with this procedure. I couldn't be happier with the procedures performed by Dr. Perry. What won me over on the first couple of consultation visits was his very thorough and patient explanation of options. I had a lot of questions as I had never been to a plastic surgeon before. Not only did he answer them all, he brought up things I hadn't thought of like recovery periods and the best time for me and my schedule to have "work" done. 6 years later I'm still a very satisfied patient. The front office staff is awesome as far as Dr. Perry Jr and recovery nurse wasn't happy with my experience and results. I've never been back and would not recommend him. I've had pain in my (L) breast ever since he did my surgery in 2012 (I thought I was having a heart attack) it would wake me up out of a dead sleep. I had my heart checked and it's NOT my heart it's my (L) breast. I will have to have it removed by another doctor. Also, the recovery nurse after my surgery had me get up too soon after surgery, I remember falling back and hitting my head she must have tried to grab me by my arms because I had scratches on both arms in which she denied it ever happened. I was SO nervous coming in for my consultation (which I was delighted to find was complimentary) but Dr. Perry and his staff made me feel right at home! He is a board certified plastic surgeon which is the FIRST THING you should look for when researching doctors! (I'm one of those people that does ALL the research when it comes to this stuff) I especially loved that he's also the director of cleft palate surgery at White Memorial and performs the kid's surgeries there! What was suppose to be a small cosmetic procedure with two week recover turned into an on going nightmare for a year and half... and still going. Dr. Perry Jr. more like Dr. Frankenstein left me with scars and tears.... I tried to be reasonable and still tried to work with him even after a terrible job done but boy was I wrong. I like to share my experience with all who might consider him. I had an appointment for Dec 4th 2017 to go in for a laser treatment to help with the nasty scar left from surgery but instead I received a v-mail from Lisa cancelling my appointment a week before my appointment which i had been waiting for since mid Nov 2017. In the v-mail I was told they will not have the laser machine until Feb 2018. This practice seems a little behind. And that's just 10% of the nightmare i have been experiencing with this office. I have not felt good since my surgery with this doctor. Lots of colds, and simply not healthy. He would not give me additional medicine in surgery after I awakened. I needed care, for tending to my bathroom needs. He left me laying in my poop for what he said was three hours. This is where he was doing the surgery. I could not be more satisfied with the treatment that I have received for over 15 years of seeing Dr. Perry Jr. for various procedures, and I mean various. There has not been one treatment I have received that I have not been 100% satisfied with. The staff is confident and caring as is Dr. Perry he is very conservative in his procedures which is what makes him so amazing at what he does. I love Dr. Perry and his staff. I've gone to him twice now. The first time was about 15 years ago for an eye lift and it was so well done. People couldn't quite tell what was different about me, but I got a lot of comments about looking great and so refreshed. Most recently I had some eye surgery for glaucoma that left one eye kind of saggy, so I decided it was time to perk up my eyes again, I went back for a consultation and he suggested a brow lift. I had a horrible experience and was hesitant to try anything again. After visiting lots of Plastic Surgeons, Dr. Perry is the one that made me feel most comfortable.
