I had my rhinoplasty with Dr. John Vartanian in June 2023, and now that it's been about two years, I can confidently say I am so happy with my results. Dr. Vartanian was incredibly thorough and professional from the very beginning. During the consultation, he really took the time to understand what I wanted and made sure I felt informed and comfortable. He has such a calm, reassuring presence, and I felt completely confident in his hands. The recovery process was exactly what he described--there was some swelling initially, of course, but it gradually subsided over the following months. By the 6-month mark, I could see the full shape really coming into focus, and now, almost a year later, everything looks refined, balanced, and completely natural. Most people can't even tell I had anything done, which is exactly what I wanted. Dr. Vartanian is a true artist. He gave me a result that fits my face beautifully without ever looking "done." I visited Dr. Vartanian's office for a consultation on Profound RF for acne scarring and ended up discussing the possibility of a rhinoplasty due to my deviated septum. It was a very casual conversation but he was really knowledgeable and somehow made me feel extremely comfortable even though I wasn't initially inquiring about it. I made the decision to move forward with surgery literally few weeks before. I didn't even consult with any other Dr or anything. Dr. Vartanian is smart but also very easy to talk to and has a light personality. You don't feel pressure or discomfort being there. It's easy going and not so intense. Surgery day was a little nerve wrecking for me because this would have been my very first time going under. It helped that I wasn't in a hospital but rather a surgery center. Environment was a little less scary. As I was laying in the hospital bed anxiously waiting to be taken to the OR, Dr. V came by and put me to ease. I don't know how to explain this, but there is something about him that brought me calming energy and I was ready to go. He was also there when I woke up from surgery and that was a sense of relief. I wasn't just passed onto to the nurses to watch over me and wait till I wake up. Post op, the nurses from his office were calling and checking up on me to make sure I was okay. They addressed any questions and concerns I had. Removal of cast day was epic. It doesn't hurt at all and it was super easy. Ofcourse my nose is extremely swollen as it will be for up to a year. But looking at the photo he took after surgery and comparing it to the before photo, I have to say I love it. It's so natural looking which is what I wanted. It matches my face and best of all I can breathe again. As serious as his job is to give me my perfect nose, I want to thank him for making this process as smooth and easy as it was. I had rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Vartanian approximately 6 years ago. At first, I loved the results. Few years down the road, a piece of cartilage began to protrude on the right side of my nose. My nose is now deformed, as you can see in the photo. I scheduled a follow-up appointment few years after my surgery just to let him know of the issue. He obviously pretended like nothing was wrong and recommended that I apply Vaseline to the tip of my nose. Really, Doc? Vaseline? I'm writing this review solely for the sake of those considering Dr. Vartanian. It's hit or miss. I have friends who got their noses done by him and are happy with the results. I had not had this done in years and I was past due;) the friendliness of the staff on the phone is what struck me first! Dr. Vartanian is a nice doctor. I had my nose done by him about 3/4 years ago. I had a huge bump on my nose, which he smoothed out. But when you're looking straight at my nose he left it crooked. I have a bump on right nostril. It seems like he only broke the bone which is what bothered me the most but when you're looking at me front faced it doesn't even look like anything was done. I went to him for a check up and he said that if he made it smaller I wouldn't be able to breathe. But that has nothing to do with the crookedness. read more

I paid to get a mini neck lift. Idk why he touched my face! He filled my cheeks with fat that has left my face looking like I gained weight! It's terrible. When I smile my eyes squint due to the fat he injected in my face. He has left my face disfigured. The worst part is that my neck now looks like nothing was even done. So I basically paid over $8000 to have my face disfigured. I would not recommend going here at all. He is not honest as he told me the fat in my cheeks was dry blood, which was not the truth-it was fat. I never discussed this option with the office. He also did a small correction on some scars I had behind my ears and they are worse than what I went to him to correct. They look like gigantic worms and they are very painful scars.
