Completing all the paperwork and prep with Airmax was easy and they scheduled us for our installation. The technician came, stayed for 15 minutes or so and simply told me the whole system needs replacement. His diagnostic didn't provide voltages test, whether the indoor motor fan or control board needed replacement. All he wrote was that he was unable to take measurement and that it 'looks' like there are multiple problems. Trying to sell me a new system that's twice what I paid 10 years ago. I regret ever calling them!

They refused and said that it was probably a 'different' problem than the one they had repaired. I was not willing to spend another $400. on a company that would not guarantee their repairs, especially after only a week. I think this company overcharges and is dishonest. Stay away from them at all costs.
