Wow, what a GREAT place this is to get any body damage on your car repaired! EVERYONE I came in contact with was so very friendly & competent! Eddie Yanez, the General Manager, the first person I met, was VERY polite, courteous and professional as he explained the repair process to me from beginning to end. He took time to answer my many questions even though he was working the front counter that day due to an employee absence. He contacted Enterprise Car Rental here in Casa Grande on my behalf and they came straight to Allard Collision to pick me up. I left with his business card and his personal assurance that he'd keep me posted with the repair progress on my car, which he did. He also invited me to contact him with any questions about my car's repair. Kathy Branch, the usual "front office" person, was the next person I met when I called one day to let her know I'd sent Eddie an email w/attachments particular to my car I thought he might need. Again, she was very friendly & nice while also being professional. I met the Service Advisor & Chief Estimator, Luisfernando Esquer, just yesterday when I went to pick-up my now totally repaired car. He was knowledgeable about my car's repair and quickly and easily answered a technical question from me in a very straightforward manner. The "icing on the cake" was just how beautiful and so "like new" my car was yesterday afternoon. It truly was "showroom ready!" I know many of us consumers often think good customer service is dying or no longer exists. We think that because so very many companies act as if they could take or leave our business. Those kind of companies don't care about their customers! Allard Collision is a textbook example of a company that seems to STILL believe in doing the best they can for the customer by being friendly, informative, courteous, polite, kind and SO very professional. THEY care about their customers and their words and actions prove it! A good leader builds a good team. I had a broken bumper that was practically hanging down to the ground on both sides as well as some of the skirting that had ripped away from repeatedly catching on parking barriers. It really wasn't safe to drive anymore, at least not long-distance. Also the bezel on the outside of the driver's side mirror had fallen off from one too many hits to the garage doorframe (what can I say? I'm a klutz!). We decided to get both fixed at the same time but do private pay so that our insurance rates wouldn't go up for such minor repairs. We searched around on the Internet, and the place locally that seemed to have the best reviews was Allard. I went to get a quote from another place and they didn't even greet me when I arrived so I left. Yes, Allard is way on the edge of town (in the airport business park), but once I found it, it was a totally different and very welcome experience. They greeted me immediately and were extremely friendly, and everyone I have dealt with since has been the exact same way throughout. To say it was a smooth and pleasant business dealing is putting it mildly! They even fessed up to accidentally breaking my key fob, let me know they had ordered another at no cost to me, and even programmed it for me when I brought in a spare! It was reasonably priced and also very fast; they had originally told me 2-3 business days, revised that to 5-7, but then it really was done in 3! I couldn't pick it up for a few days after that but they stored it for me for free and returned it to me washed, vacuumed, and with a bottle of touch-up paint, something I have never had for this car! I got into a car accident recently where I was t-boned by a driver making a right turn on red. I was referred here by my insurance. This was honestly the best place I could have gone! They are phenomenal! Jessica at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. She walked me thru the whole process and assisted me with reaching out for a rental car and its arrangements. The man who looked at my car even had someone to zip tie my bumper back on so I could drive to work until I could bring my car back and they could begin repairs. Jessica fully explained the payment process to me, and let me know that cash payment wouldn't incur a charge like a credit card, and said she would remind me of this on the day I could pick up my car so I could being cash. All the staff at Allard Collision went above and beyond in their service and fixed my car in no time at all! A glass fronted refrigerator held numerous bottles of icy-cold water. The staff was pleasant, helpful, and professional. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, the first thing I thought was that it looked showroom beautiful! I had to take my car to Allard Collision for repair due to an accident I had hitting a deer. Not only were they professional and very good with communicating with me on my vehicle but the turn around time for me to get my car back was amazing. They were very quick and made sure my vehicle repair was a priority. Unlike most places they take weeks to repair your car. I had my car back in 3 to 4 days. My car looked like I never had an accident. I recently had to take my car back to Allard for damage done to my car from the recent storm just because I was pleased with their work the last time. I got in an accident that cause damage to my front bumper, radiator, and other parts of my car's engine. The two guy that came to tow my car told me about Allard and their honest work ethics. I go on the phone and spoke directly with the owner to assured me they would take extremely goo car of my car. My car was dropped off on a Thursday and was restored like new by the next Thursday. I was very impressed with Allard Collision. They have fast and friendly service. They also kept me updated on the progress of my repairs.
