I've been a loyal customer for the past 13 years and I have no complaints. I come here twice a year for my free cleaning. I've done one root canal here about 6 years ago. Avoid! They seem to be running a very fishy practice. When I'd go in for a cleaning, they would "invent" a reason for me to come back right away. Ok, so I need a filling. I'd go in for the filling and then there was another thing: replace this old filling, more x-rays, do this thing, do that thing. Also when I'd ask for the price, they would say one price THEN later when I had that work done, the prices was at least $100 than what they quoted. "Oh you needed a little more Novocaine." Wow, nickel and dime for everything little thing. The receptionist is highly unprofessional: every time I went in, she had a crude nickname for me. That is so not okay. When I complained about this, the main dentist (always in Henderson office) never cared. read more

Today I went in for a check up and a plan to fix some cavities. I was greeted by a friendly front office who was also efficient in helping me and other people. The dental technician who then helped me was friendly, knowledgeable and helped make the visit feel good and not bad. Finally I was visited by Dr. Baek and she has excellent ability of putting the patient at ease and keeps it enjoyable. How often do you ever hear of someone enjoying a visit to the dentist's office? They do not really take Care Credit. I was told that they accepted Care Credit; so I scheduled x-rays, and a cleaning. When they gave me a work up of everything that I needed done, I told them to move forward because I was putting it on my card. Then, they say this is the cash price. I took my wife there today. She had a filing that was apparently faulty and had been put in only a month prior. Assuming they would take care of the problem, we got her there and the dentist proceeded in telling her that it came out due to brushing too hard, and that she would need to pay just under 100.00 to get it repaired. She doesn't brush hard and uses a soft brush. She refused the work and the scam. They should have gladly taken care of their pathetic job without charging. We found the office unprofessional and uncaring, seemingly just all about the money. How could it cost so much for them to correct the problem they created? Got my crown the first time.. they need to borrow my partials for two weeks.. I did agree with them,they called me after two weeks to put my final crown.. they having a hard time taking out the temporary crown.. they have to numb me so I can't feel the pain.. after they pulled out the temporary crown. The doctor noticed the crown she suppose to put in on my tooth was wrong .. it belong to someone else.. never heard any word from the doctor not even apologize for the inconvenience.. they need to make another temporary crown for and have to wait another 2 weeks for the right crown .. what a waste of time .. read more

BEWARE! This dental office pulled the my fathers wrong tooth. He went in to the office to get a tooth extracted and they pulled the wrong one. We confronted the office personnel and they were extremely rude and defensive. They denied everything and refused to give there managers contact information, also manager never called us back. Dentist never apologized or gave her side of they story. I would give them a ZERO rating if I could. read more

Great experience here! I ended up having to get a wisdom tooth removed so that wasn't the great part but Dr. Baek and her staff made the experience a lot less traumatizing which is really all that I could have asked for. The procedure was very quick and they were very conscious of my comfort throughout the entire thing. I really appreciated that Dr. Baek called a couple of hours after the extraction to check up on me and see if I had any questions. She was very reassuring. I moved on from Allay Dental in 2015. Most of it centered around front desk customer service and zero to do with the quality of dental care I was provided. I won't go into detail with that negative experience but I just reunited with them for my routine cleaning due to subpar quality of care and expensiveness of other providers. Let's just say the quality of care is still superb, at Allay from the dentist to the hygienist and more importantly from the one place that prompted me to leave, the front desk. It's hard to find a beginning to end great experience at the dentist office. But I did and It was definitely worth it. I would highly recommend. I tried to rate them 15 Stars and 2 Puppies out of 5, but it wouldn't let me. I had a dentist I liked years and years ago in Illinois, but I moved to California and could NOT find a dentist I liked. I recently moved to Las Vegas and visited Dr. Baek's office, and could not have been happier with my visit! Most importantly the quality of the dental care was top notch--they were gentle with my teeth as if they understood they are connected to my face, and made sure I understood all their concerns for my oral health. On top of that, everyone in the office was super friendly, and since I wrote it as my preferred name on my intake sheet Dr. Baek even offered to call me "Sir Awesomeness." Shady!! One of the worst dentist offices I've ever been to. Completely bait and switch on the Money Mailer coupons. The "$29.00 emergency tooth pain appointment for FREE" was somehow billed to my insurance as well over $100.00+ and I had to pay the $29.00in the office!? When I called the office they explained that they HAD to bill my insurance since I had insurance- even though the coupon said FREE with same day service. The $300.00 service I had (same day) somehow didn't qualify. When I pressed that their wording says FREE and the coupon is misleading since it says FREE and they've somehow found a loophole to bill insurance she agreed and laughed- I called my insurance company and they said they're billing for different procedures we never had done. The doctors office explained that they knew insurance wouldn't cover my procedure so they changed the wording. Shady. Plain and simple. Will never go back. read more

I made an appointment on Wednesday for my husband and I since we haven't established a dentist here in Las Vegas. I spoke with Josie on the phone and I requested Saturday since my husband works 11am-9pm Mon-Fri. First she told me the next available wasn't until July which was a big bummer but then she rechecked and said she'd fit us in that Saturday for xrays. When we got there we filled out reg forms and got our xrays and met Dr B (I'm not sure if it was Beak or Bleak- oops) and she was super nice. All of their staff from the Front Office to checking out were super friendly and professional. We are so glad we found our "dental home" and so close to our house, what a win-win! read more

Don't do it. I went in for a routine tooth cleaning. They would not do it, but tried to get me to do a deep cleaning instead. This was AFTER I already had major work done in my mouth (a crown). So why didn't they tell me that I needed a deep cleaning before wasting another visit to the dentist. Ridiculous. Also, crown is too big, but it works. Stay away. read more

I started going to this dental office in 2004. Used to be a lovely place. Loved Dr. Sue and Dr. Husband's. Mando, Josie and Summer were the best. However there were some changes made and ever appointment that I made for my family I would be contacted to change it. Either come in earlier, later or switch to an entirely different day. Now I don't know about you but I work for a living and can't change appointments all the time. In 2014 I changed to a sister dental office. So far so good. Now let's get back to Allay Dental. My husband went into the office in February 2016. He had some shoddy crown work done. The reason I say shoddy is because his tooth was not prepared properly. So he had to return in a week to get antibiotics and get the tooth repacked with that cord. Finally the crown was delivered just to shatter 2 weeks later. He had to go back to have it redone. One crown took over 2 months to complete. Needless to say we won't be back. I have now received a bill from them requesting a balance to be paid because Allay Dental fell short when they did not submit the claim to my insurance in a timely manner. Now they want us to pay for it. Now I saved the best part for last. While my husband was getting the work done originally the top of the drill popped off and burned the skin off of my husband's neck. He now has a permanent scar from this. Whoa great dentistry. Beware of this office. They will do shoddy work, give you an infection, burn your neck off and then have the audacity to send you a bill. When you call back in to dispute all of the madness, Sandra will laugh at you and claim that she's laughing at another patient. Real professional. read more

I scheduled appointment for the whole family. Yes, they were courteous. But, after cleanings and x-rays...I was told two of my teeth were in dire need to be pulled and replaced with implants! Mind you, I was shocked as I never had any severe problems with my teeth at 42 years old. I felt they rushed to the extreme. I told them #1- implants are costly, #2-This is the first I've had such a bad diagnosis on my teeth. So...they suggested the very minimum two root canals must be done or I will lose my teeth due to infection. I've never had a root canal. I was very nervous but went ahead and scheduled it. After all, they're the professionals right? Well throughout the entire time I had awful anxiety and doubt. Then a blessing came in disguise..., my new dental plan was effective January 2014. Allay Dental submitted their pre-authorization and approval request to the insurance only to find out with the change in plans, they could not provide me with the services because they were not a participant of the new plan. I had mixed feelings because they made me think the worst could happen if I don't get this taken care of. Now I had to find a new dentist on my new provider list. Thank God I did! ABC Dental reevaluated my teeth. I didn't tell my new dentist any of what Allay Dental suggested. I only needed a deep root planing and scaling procedure and had only ONE cavity to fill. No other issues! Not happy I had to be so stressed out and almost lost 2 of my natural teeth due to Allay Dental's inaccurate evaluation (whether deliberate or not, I don't know). Very suspicious and I hope no other patients lost natural teeth needlessly. Thanks to ABC Dental my gums look healthy and my teeth look great! And, it was all painless!
