People at our puppy class recommended TLC Petcare - they were so right - Gail, the owner, and her entire staff are the BEST. Gail came to the house to meet our dog before the first walk. They're super dependable, responsible, caring, -- one day I happened to be home when Gail came to pick our dog up for Playgroup and when he saw her truck pull up he was off the wall excited. He pranced all the way to the truck with her, hopping and jumping and wagging his tail. They leave updates after every single walk or playgroup. They'll make sure all is well in your house when you're not there - filling up the water bowls, etc. I feel so comfortable knowing that when I can't be at home that our dog is well taken care of.

They don't pay attention to the dogs well-being nearly enough, for example we have been leaving our puppy there and have told them that he is having diarrhea but every time we pick him up and ask if his poop was normal they says, "oh yeah, everything was fine" or "I don't know, I didn't work with him" and then when he gets home he continues to have diarrhea. They don't interact with their clients at all, at the end of the day they are just telling you what you need to hear to leave them alone. The only positive thing I can say is that our puppy comes home looking happy and he is tired from playing. Edit: 3 days after posting this review, instead of reaching out to me they called and tried to bully my fiancee into changing it deleting this review. Rather than addressing the issues she just denied any problems and ended up just making my fiancee upset.

My dog loves Victory Paws! I'm not exaggerating when I say that Cassandra has changed my dog's life…read more(and mine) for the better. My dog Violet was stressed being alone all day while I work (trying-to-dig-her-way-out-of-my-condo kind of stressed). Cassandra and her daycare set-up ended being the perfect fit. When she had Violet and I come over for an introduction, Violet relaxed quickly and made herself at home on Cassandra's sofa, just like she'd do at home. I found that Cassandra is a delight to work with: she's very communicative and responsive and willing to accommodate special requests where she can. I was nervous about Violet's first day because she didn't love another, larger day care that I tried, but Cassandra sent me pictures of a happy dog before I had even gotten to my office. These days, Violet can't wait to get inside to see her friends. This is a dog who used to need to know where I was at all times and would never choose to go with someone else if I was there. Now she doesn't even look back at me when I drop her off. And I love that.

We brought our mixed large breed rescue dog to Red Barn after he had been attacked by another dog…read more We were afraid he would become afraid of all strange dogs because of the incident. The guys at Red Barn are wonderful with him! Honestly we see that he's even better with other dogs now than he was before. Neeko is hard to control when we pull into the parking lot. It's a good thing he's always tethered in our vehicle because I think he would jump out the window he's SO happy to be there.

It's obvious that Bella takes really good care of our fur baby Winnie and trust her completely.
