The dogs NEVER got fresh water and I caught some of them going through my things! 1 actually got loud with my dogs! My dogs got so stressed they now have behavioral issues. There's no one to complain to because the owner doesn't want to deal with it or worse, spins it! She doesn't respond to emails or text if she doesn't like what's in them. This company were not only very responsive, including the owner, but they did an outstanding job in reassuring us that our puppy was in great hands! We started by making an account and profile on Chloe and it was so easy and user friendly! We then chose our time of day we wanted them to come and our preferences of how many times and how long we wanted the pet sitter to stay. When everything was booked, we met Cassandra and Alisha and Chloe loved them RIGHT away! That was something my husband and I really liked, is that the sitters who would be watching her, met her prior to us going away. All of this happened in a span of 2 weeks since our original plans of who would watch Chloe fell through. During the trip, Cassandra and Alisha were AMAZING! We received email updates with pictures after every bedtime visit (we chose 3 visits a day with just one update but you can customize to however you want!). Those pictures and updates are what got us through the week! It was great because the girls not only cleaned up fuzz and animal pieces from her toys, but also helped clean the containers that had her food in them. During that week, Chloe was on a special diet of chicken and rice as well as medicine and a powder probiotic. the girls did WONDERFUL with managing that entire situation. Jessica, the owner was also beyond amazing for getting back to us so quickly when it was the day before we left for our vacation and she had to be put on all of this medicine and special diet. This company was amazing and we will most definitely be using them again in the future and going to be requesting the same 2 girls since Chloe loved them so much! I received over 5 auto generated emails that printed were over a page each, and when I asked questions on cost, was directed to their client log in page that linked 10+ other pages that when printed were over a page in length. I appreciate the attention to detail, but you need to listen to feedback from many customers - this is way too much time to put on the customer and the content is just too much! Ultimately decided to go a different route because I suspect the process even after enrollment will be a PIA!

We stopped by and met the owners, Ali and her mom Colleen. Our two dogs immediately took a liking to them and seemed right at home in their facility. There are your usual gates that you will see at any doggy daycare so they can keep the dogs safe and separated if necessary but Ali and Colleen made the extra effort to make their place feel more like a home. It was clear that it helped make our dogs feel comfortable and I especially liked that it smelled nice and clean. The outdoor area is a combination of fake and real grass. It's nice to see a facility with real grass because our dogs really enjoy rolling around in it when they're outside. I appreciate that they try to keep the groups smaller and try to ensure that the dogs are familiar with one another. I think that's really beneficial to pups that suffer from some anxiety (like our female dog). Ali and Colleen were able to watch our two dogs for Labor Day weekend and from the pictures they posted on Facebook it was clear they were well looked after. Every picture showed them smiling and having fun. They don't have a webcam so you can watch your dog on camera but they do try to make sure they post several pics online so you can see what's going on. Or if you're like me you just miss their little faces so much when you're away from them that you need to get periodic fixes! You will pay a little more here than some of the other doggy daycares in the area but you are also getting a homier environment with more personalized care. Their pricing is easier to understand than a lot of other daycares too. We're so glad we found Zoomies and will definitely use them again to watch our beloved doggies!
