So, so pretty inside! Much bigger than it looks from the outside. I enjoyed coming here. I asked the barista what her fave drink was and she made it for me. It was delicious and I also tried an apple cider donut, it was amazing! I love the decor, very calm colors and wood tones used inside, it really creates a nice, soothing setting for you to talk, relax, and enjoy a cup of coffee without making you feel overwhelmed or overstimulated. My friend recommended this place and I'm glad I gave it a shot. She ordered the hot chocolate and an apple turnover. Everything was very affordable, and the space itself was nice and clean. They even have a little area around counter where small businesses promote their products...there are cups, keychains, there's jewelry, journals, pens...everything is very cute!! I was looking forward to trying their cinnamon rolls, which I've heard are amazing, but they were all out of them by 9am, so I'll have to go back and try to get there earlier next time. Very kind and welcoming staff. It's a nice, warm environment and I enjoyed my first visit. Lots of seating both inside and outside...even an extra room in the back for meetings. There are board games back there as well, which is cool! Loved it and will be back and will be bringing friends here and my family in the future. Even has a drive-thru option, which honestly- most small biz coffee spots don't offer!!! This coffee shop is cute and perfect! MENU The menu offers a few options of hot and chilled coffee drinks as well as delicious pastries. I ordered a regular Americano, and it was just perfect. LOCATION & PARKING It's an standalone building located in an area easy to find, and the GPS will take you straight to it of you aren't familiar with the area. I read the reviews before coming here. I was worried that the coffee wouldn't taste good because so many people only talked about getting an Americano. I'm convinced any bad review this place has received is a product of: an angry person, a new/overwhelmed barista, or just a total snob! This place is amazing. My boyfriend got a salted caramel macchiato (he subbed out regular caramel for salted caramel), and I got a ice matcha latte with coconut. We are definitely coffee/drink snobs. We are super critical when it's comes to beverages. This place surprised us both so much. This is now our new favorite place to get coffee and tea. read more

First time here, stopped by in between meetings and decided to give it a try. Beautiful inside and nice seating outside as well. The staff was friendly and there was a woman working with an infant in a sling. I didn't mind this as I am a mother and definitely understand. My husband ordered the caramel macchiato which he said was pretty good. I ordered a cinnamon roll. It was very large and full of flavor. This is probably the best cinnamon roll I ever had. BETTER than CinnaBon. I mean really.. soo moist, soft and gooey cinnamon all throughout. They only issue is there was a short brownish blond ish hair in the middle of the roll. I wanted to devour this delicious roll but felt disgusted after I discovered the hair. I may return to give them another shot bc accidents do happen but maybe try hair nets ? read more

Allegiance Coffee is such a cute surprise! I ordered their iced Americano and oatmeal cream pie. My coffee was really great and well made. And my oatmeal cream pie was so yummy, chewy, and sweet. Was it too sweet? Well, it was on the slightly sweeter side, but it paired perfectly with my Americano! I'd definitely order it again. P.S. The interior of this place is super chic and modern. If you're an Instagram influencer, you'll love taking photos here! They have a good amount of seating both inside and outside. Also, the parking lot is huge and paved. Stopped in while in the area because it was so charming from the outside. Super cute on the inside, modern and clean. A few stools and seating in main room and another room with a few tables and some comfy chairs. Ordered the crème brûlée latte, s'mores latte and the gluten free blueberry muffin. The lattes were good, not very heavy on the flavoring and definitely not very sweet but still tasty. The muffin was decent too, might have been better warmed, it was on the hard side. Unexpected coffee spot off the back roads of Concord. Upon entering you notice the open space and the ton of natural light. Outside there is a wing mural for an IG photo op. I ordered a flat white and sat reading my books, listening to the speaker play some chill tunes. The baristas were friendly and happy to explain their drink specials and popular pastries. We have been to allegiance coffee shop many times, why I am just finally posting is beyond me. Everything about this coffee shop is over the top from the staff, the decor, the outside dining area, as well as inside seating and the staff always top of A list. The desserts are amazing and well priced, I have stopped in just to pick up some sweets when we have company over cause they soooo good. The coffee is very tasty as well and they are always willing to accommodate any dietary restrictions needed. Prices are great, locations great and parking has not been an issue for us. This is the coziest shop! Plenty of outdoor seating and indoor, socially distanced seating. Lots of menu options and bakery items. The decor is modern with lots of repurposed wood, plants, and natural light. All of the staff was wearing masks and they now have a drive-thru option for those who don't want to go inside. There is also plenty of parking! I got the Allegiance Latte with oat milk which was not too sweet and yummy. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because it did take a while for the drinks to come out, but we were sitting and chatting so it didn't matter. This cute, little coffee shop produces some big flavored coffee with tasty bakery items. I've been here a total of 4 times within a week because I'm obsessed. I like to call myself a coffee connoisseur (if those are real). I love trying the local coffee places because those are the real gems. And this place, is a gem. I love the atmosphere, the employees, the food, and the aesthetic. Their cold brew is one of my favorites. My kids love their larger than life cake pops and cookies. WOWZA. We were passing through Charlotte on our road trip and found this coffee shop online. It didn't disappoint!! The service was efficient, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the owner made our coffees (i got an iced oat milk vanilla latte and Eli had an iced americano with honey and cinnamon). They went out of their way to make our experience wonderful and personable. We feel like we are leaving with good coffee and new friends! 10/10 recommend and 100/100 will come back when we are in town again. read more

Everyone was so kind! I got the Gingerbread Latte though they have a long list of holiday drink options (I will be back to try each!). I also scooped up an amazing blueberry muffin which was delish! The building is beautiful in the inside and out. It was originally a gas station then a flower shop. If only that building could talk. They did an amazing job refurbishing it on the inside. I just moved to Concord and wanted to love this place because it's the closest coffee shop to my house. My boyfriend ordered an iced coffee and I got the "special" drink of the day- lavender lemonade. His drink was very weak and watery. As for mine, I watched the barista pull out a gallon of Publix lemonade and throw some dried lavender flakes on top, then charge me $4. That's the price of the entire gallon at Publix. At least put it in a pitcher and pretend you made it. I'm a dessert person and nothing in the bake case was appealing to me, just dried out looking cookies/ brownies. It was dead quiet in there so we didn't feel like we could sit and talk. Not my vibe. read more

We were out to look at the planetary conjunction, and going back to 29 when we saw this place. Got hot cocoa for kiddos, and white hot chocolate. Cocoa was pretty darn good, and the white hot chocolate was excellent. Rich and creamy and flavorful, nice unexpected treat on a cold night. The only reason this isn't earning a 5 star review is no masks were used inside. I can understand it, just one family member went in the store and kept a good distance, and it was quiet at the time so that was easy. I am looking forward to going back, but if we're still in this mess, I'm going to be glad for the large windows to have some idea of what kind of risk I'll be taking. read more

The coffee wasn't too strong and just the right amount of caramel. My daughter ordered a cold brew which was a bit on the weak side. They do have bagels and other pastries which we didn't try. I had high hopes for this placed based on all the reviews . The staff wasn't very friendly, took longer then what I would expect for 1 iced latte and kids chocolate milk should take. Then when they called out my order I could barley hear the lady, not due to noise in the shop just that she didn't try to announce the order very well. The latte honestly wasn't good and I would not order the pumpkin one again. I was barista for 4 years so I guess I might have higher expectations then others. Overall not sure I'll go back. I do think they should consider getting rid of the drive thru part of the shop. Seems it's not helping with the speed of drinks getting made for the customers waiting inside and their parking is tight in the back cause of the drive thru. read more

Employees were not wearing masks (not even around their chin...nowhere on them) and did not request patrons to wear them.
