Very cool, cozy place here in Concord to stop in for interesting and different lattes and egg sandwiches. I got a banana bread iced coffee, and it was so so good!!!! A very happy new year for us. All the coffee was perfect. Not burned at all and the flavor was FLAVOR not just tons of sweet sugar. The breakfast sandwich on a croissant was perfectly toasted and the bacon was crisp. The Pecan Cronut perfection! My best description of the flavor is a more fluffy, less wet, and less sweet version of baklava. We were expecting to have a number or name called but they brought it out to us with a smile and a thank you. That is so rare in 2026. The indoor was absolutely "cute". I came to work for a late Friday afternoon. The staff is very friendly and patient. The line isn't too bad and it's relaxing and cool inside. The chairs are uncomfortable but it worked for a short time. I ordered and iced salted caramel lattes. The calico with an extra shot of espresso. It's really good but they ran out of oat milk so it was a bit shorter than what I paid for. It was fine. They went the extra mile and gave me 2 chocolates. That was nice! This place has a little bit of everything! From coffee to ice cream to local goods! I loved walking through the shop and seeing what all they had to offer. It's super cute inside and very welcoming. There's lots of space and table to work or meetup with friends. It was a real chill atmosphere that I like a lot. I purchased some local honey that we love. It was really nice to be able to buy it there. We usually buy our local honey from the farmers market but sometimes it's hard to drive down there so this was super convenient for us. We also ordered a few of their seasonal lattes, mine was just okay. I also tried a breakfast sandwich, that was just okay too. Not bad, but lacked some flavor. I think next trip I'll stick to the sweets and see how those are. They had a large selection of sweets and that is right up my alley. Great independent coffee shop. I've been coming here for years. Here are some of the things I like about Percantile: *The staff is uniformly friendly. They always greet me immediately when I enter, and they answer my questions about the pastries with patience. *The pastries are yummy and fresh; I haven't had a single one I didn't like (my favorite is the Cronut). *There's a variety of coffees, and bonus, they have fun names. I like to order the giggle water...not only because it's a lavender drink (which I like) but because it makes me think of Harry Potter. Coffee hack: the drinks can be a little on the sweet side, so ask for yours "half sweet" if you know you don't like sweet coffee. Some other things you might want to know: *Because of the high ceilings and hard surfaces, the acoustics make it a little tricky to hear when it's busy. Conversations tend to echo, especially with a crowd. I'd love to see them add acoustic panels, but it's not my coffee shop. lol *It's very kid-friendly at all hours! I've seen toddlers there at 9 a.m. on weekdays enjoying a bagel or chocolate croissant. Adorable. *There's a separate room for working. The inside is very cute! I could definitely see myself meeting up with a friend for coffee here in the future. I ordered a banana bread latte (20oz comes with 5 pumps of syrup and 2 shots of espresso) with an extra shot (so 3 total) and whole milk and it tasted perfect to me. I will say it doesn't taste like banana bread, more like snickerdoodle in my opinion but delicious nonetheless. There's a kiosk near the door that you can order from that I totally missed at first but a great option for when there's a line. This is absolutely my favorite coffee shop! I have yet to try any of their ice cream, but I have not had a single thing from them that I didn't like. During the week leading up to Valentines Day I went 3x just to get the seasonal "Love You A Latte" because it was SOOOO GOOD. I kept going back because I was scared it would be discontinued as soon as it hit February 15th so I had to keep going before it was gone lol. Their regular menu and their seasonal menus are so creative and delicious. I haven't had much or their food except the breakfast croissant which I really enjoyed but will start to try other items. The atmosphere is great. Different seating options such as chairs and couches. They also have apparel, coffee mugs , honey and other items you can buy in their mini shop when you walk in. A couple of things we must remember is that I am male and therefore extremely unobservant. Walked in the front door and there is a self order kiosk. Note I hate those as I cannot ask questions but it is 2025 so I started the process. Now had I read all the way instead of just jumping in there was a sign that clearly stated I could order here or at the bar. Missed that. Well I found the kiosk to be challenging but managed to make it through after several attempts and several folks walked up to the bar and ordered. I am thinking one even got their order and left before I got mine input and paid for. That is my own fault. Then I ordered a delicious ham cheese and egg on a very nice flaky croissant. It was huge and tasty. Then I messed up. There so many fun named coffees I just chose one that had mocha in the name. Well it was firecracker mocha. Interesting name but hey it is a mocha and I was able to add a peppermint shot to it. Here again I should have asked but since now I had been standing at this kiosk looking like an old dumb butt I just rolled with it. Well to my surprise firecracker was cayenne as in Mexican style hot cocoa coffee. Yep. Very distinct. Not bad but surprising. Very surprising but I did drink it all after the initial shock. Anyways most of this was brought on by my one failure to read and ask questions. Plenty of parking and extremely friendly folks and no one made fun of me while I was there though I am sure it was a comical site with me interacting with the kiosk. Lots of locals coming and going. I plan on returning in the morning and try a different coffee and personal interaction at the bar where everyone else went and ordered like normal folks. read more

My son actually LOVES this place and he's not on Yelp so I thought I'd check them out. Now a fav of mine. I like to use it as a meet up with people. Nice variety of teas, coffees, pastries, ice cream (salted caramel is my favorite), for sundaes you can get your ice cream on a brownie, cookie or waffle. They also have a variety of local products for purchase, pasta, sauces, popcorn, jewelry. Parking is a shared lot for a plaza so plenty. Right across from the mall. Plenty of choices to choose from as far as coffee, tea, and other drinks. Many tasty desserts to choose, but limited on the hearty stuff. I went with the turkey and cheese croissant and an iced lavender honey matcha. The drink was great. The croissant was nice, but nothing to brag about. It did it's job. The space when you first enter is large and many seating options. It was packed and I didn't get a picture. I sat in a smaller area that would be great for people who are working. There was actually one person doing just that. It was quieter and less distracting. The restrooms are unisex and they have a book area for kids. My husband and I have stopped here a few times for dessert recently. We really enjoy getting ice cream on top of a waffle. Make sure to ask for the waffle to be warmed up. Our favorite flavor so far was the White Chocolate Raspberry ice cream. They don't make their own ice cream, but Tillamook is pretty good. The service is usually a bit slow, but I don't mind waiting. The only real problem we've had is that the last time we went, we sat outside on their patio (like we had the previous times). They give you a number and bring your order to you. On this occasion, we waited quite a while, so we went inside to check on it. Upon doing so, they told us they didn't know where we were, so they didn't bring the food. They then handed us a cold waffle with completely melted ice cream. This wasn't ideal to me since we were sitting on their patio, but I guess we'll just wait for our food inside from now on. read more

Had been wanting to stop in here ever since I saw the ice cream sundaes on IG. Since my first visit, I've been a repeat customer several times, trying something different each time. I've had the bees knees and giggle water lattes plus other seasonal beverages. They have all been really good and you can tell lots of love goes into them. My first trip in and it was a great experience! I picked up 2 cronuts (a chocolate and a strawberry), a large coffee and a small chai tea latte 1/2 sweetness and with almond milk. They were really good and let me know that the syrup that had the spice was also the sweetener , so by reducing the sweetness, I was reducing the spice. I appreciate that information. I don't eat much sugar (the cronut was an anniversary splurge), so I still reduced the syrup and it was delicious. The cronuts were awesome (and VERY messy to eat). Coffee was great as well. I enjoy patronizing this company as it's a good spot to work for a bit or to have a 1:1 meeting. The coffee is great and the service is competent and friendly. I frequent it often and stopped in today for some coffee in the morning shift and the was rather put off by the lack of cleaning (especially for a shop that just opened). The floor was filthy with stuff like napkins and food crumbs hiding under the table legs and chairs. I get that maybe the closers didn't do a good job but the side table by the couch had a layer of dust that tells me regular cleanings are not getting done. The front door had a lot of smudges as well and the decorative furnishings had a solid amount of dust bunnies under them. I got the ick pretty quickly and I'm not too picky about such things in general. I hope that doesn't extend to the kitchen or coffee machines. read more

The cafe is really cute and close to Concord mills. The ice cream and sweets are really good. However yesterday was not a good experience. I used the app to order my coffee (cappuccino) to be delivered curbside after 16 mins of waiting I went inside and sat at the counter (pick up here location) another 5-6 mins before being greeted. However each employee saw us and the counter is immediately beside the cashier. ( I was silently timing everything) the entire line was serviced 1st even individuals who arrived after us. ordering curb side I assumed would make it priority ( the goal for ordering a head of time) once finally acknowledged i kindly stated that we ( myself and my sister- she also had an undelivered curbside order) had not received our curbside orders. There was a young lady with a piercing in her septum that made the orders my cappuccino was in a tiny cup the size they creamer would normally come in. I asked the young man at the counter if that was right (I paid $5.29) for this .. he said yes and that they try to do authentic sizes. Online no size was noted of course you'd assume normal Starbucks size. I said okay may I have black coffee to mix this with please as I didn't expect to see it so small. The young man asked the same girl with the septum piercing she sharply said she has to pay for it, (very rudely, it is okay if it can't be done but I felt that tone and facial expression was unnecessary) it's okay that it needed to be paid for even though I've been here there 30mins) she said the drink is 8oz. I showed that the drink provided wasn't even 8oz. ( My drink was warm not hot, no add in syrup flavors, the whipped cream was missing it was unsweetened/ extremely bitter- not like I ordered ) however I only openly expressed my concern about the sizing. The young man looked uncomfortable and said sorry. I told him it's okay and left. Without her attitude I may have purchased the additional coffee but that really turned me off. Unfortunately I did not drink my $5 squirt of cappuccino because it was warm, bitter and served with at. I felt the owner/manager needs the website improved for those of us who do not know "authentic sizing" correcting the wait times and prioritizing app orders. read more

Such a cute little dessert & coffee cafe! It's one of the few local coffee shops around the area (because I refuse to go to the big chains for coffee) so it's definitely worth the extra drive. They always have unique seasonal drinks but my faves are the giggle water and the calico. Their drinks are on the sweeter side so if you don't want it to overpower the coffee, try asking for less sugar. The staff is always kind. The wait just depends on the day, but never too bad. You can order ahead from the Odeko app but since the prices are slightly higher and have extra fees for most customizations, I'd suggest ordering in store if you're not in a hurry. Not sure which events they for sure do each night due to covid but their IG (@thepercantile) usually posts ongoing events like bingo night or game night on their story.
