The husband and I visited Provided and MAN!!!! I fell involve. We are always looking for a new coffee shop and were pleasantly surprised that the coffee here came with a vibe. First the Coffee was great. They use Prophet a brand based out of South Carolina and we both loved that we could actually TASTE the coffee. We ordered two different types of lattes off of the specials/seasonal drinks and both were good. I got the Red Velvet and he go the Orange Chai. One thing to note their sizes are a little on the smaller side but their prices are great so we ended up getting another coffee for the road. Not only was it difficult to find, very little and poor signage, it was a disappointment coffee and "thrift store" side as well. The "thrift store" had a baby gap hoodie "on sale" for $20 which is insane when brand new in much better condition it's not much more. They even had a Carhartt jacket marked $400! That's just nonsense. And maybe it's known by those who frequent this spot but the store is 99% clothing not much else. (Few books maybe) The young lady who made our drinks was friendly but when I asked about sizes and emphasized the large cup on the shelf she said nothing and I was handed a 6oz ish tiny latte that was only "okay" flavor wise. The americano my husband ordered was decent though he asked for hot and was given iced. It was just a disappointment as a whole and we won't return. Onward to better local options for us. read more

What a super awesome blast from the past! The coolest furniture, record players rad things to check out. I wanted to go get my computer and sit down and work. The folks were so friendly and super bummed when we asked if they had decaffeinated espresso. Unfortunately we weren't able to try anything because they were all out of decaffeinated beans. Stopped here to check out the coffee and attached thrift store. The coffee was excellent, the banana bread flavor was subtle and very well done, not too sweet like others I've had. Friendly staff and ample sitting room. The attached thrift store had crazy prices, so wouldn't recommend that if you actually want to thrift clothes there- but the coffee shop was great. Price for the latte with oat milk was around $8.25 (pricey, I've just gotten used to it at this point though) read more

I was visiting Concord, staying in an Airbnb and didn't feel like messing up my kitchen, so I did a quick search for coffee. Yap suggested provided coffee, so I got in my car and ended up here. Parking was straightforward. the front lot has parking for the brewery and up a small slope is additional parking for the coffee shop and use clothing store that is attached to the brewery When you enter the brick building, it's a very large voltage brick warehouse, and you immediately hit with an overwhelming smell of mildew The smell is so strong I almost walked out... But the space was decorated so cute. I was curious so I kept moving towards the barista. I am glad I did I ordered my standard latte made with honey and cinnamon I found the coffee to be rich and creamy with a slight nutty flavor the barista did an excellent job with frothing my latte and was able to create a lovely tulip art I did not add any bakery items to my order, but they did have a small selection in the selection looked pretty good I also did not stay to enjoy my cup of coffee only because I I enjoyed my cup of coffee. The staff was really nice. The place was decorated really cute and interesting. It was like a throwback to the 1950s. However, due to the mildew smell, I probably would not be a regular here even though the coffee is excellent. read more

I dropped by here on a whim and I glad I did, I had a vanilla latte which was good, and the staff were friendly. I mostly enjoyed checking out the thrift store that was attached, and the space that was used for working, and hanging out. Will certainly return. read more

I tried provided coffee while stopping in Concord. First off the space is amazing. It is so large with multiple types of seating options. There were large groups having meet ups and individuals working. Since it is so large it felt quiet and relaxed. In terms of the drinks, I tried the seasonal pomegranate chai. I thought the chai was unique and had a great spice to it. For some it might be a little strong. Next time I would want to try a coffee. My friend got a cappuccino and the pull seemed to be really good. They also have a special roast for their beans that seemed like a unique blend. Can't wait to go back or maybe even try their location directly in Charlotte! read more

We moved here from out of state a couple months ago and have been on the hunt for a good coffee spot since we moved here. We've tried probably 5 or more of the local spots and just discovered Provided. They are definitely in our top spot right now! The big industrial building they are in is very fun and trendy on the inside. There is a second hand clothing spot in there as well that's very fun to look through. The latte I got was amazing - carrot cake latte and their syrup is house made. Very good! Their menu is pretty basic but that usually tells you they really focus on the actual art of coffee. Id love to see a cold brew in the future and maybe something for kids, but then again there are lots of places that have that kind of stuff. My only gripe is the door is hard to find, but that's minor. Highly recommend! read more

hands down my favorite coffee shop! the flavor of their coffee is just top notch. my go to is their iced caramel latte, but the seasonal flavors are amazing. the staff is wonderful and service is great. i love popping in for a coffee on my lunch break or spending a few hours doing homework. there's a ton of seating (including couches!) and lots of natural light. i literally have to limit myself to only going 2-3 times per week, it's that good lol read more
