I Had another less reputable company come out and do warranty work on a busted unit. They told us…read morethe unit was bad and it needed to be replaced. Warranty company didn't want to pay to have the unit replaced, so we went two weeks without a/c in the middle of August. I wanted a second opinion, so I called Thomas Bui & Sons. They came out the next day and diagnosed that it was a bad capacitor, replaced it, and the unit has ran fine ever since. The tech was very friendly, explained to me what the problem was and even looked at some concerns that I had. I could've saved myself a lot of sweat and anguish if I would've called them in the first place.

I called to say how ridiculous that was to charge me for doing nothing and that the screw they tightened didn't fix the problem. Terrible customer service and very rude people to deal with.
