I purchased my flag from Allegiance because it is made in America and I wanted to support made in America products. The flag itself seems to be made well but the pole and the device that is supposed to keep the flag from tangling is a complete fail. Each day I have to unwrap the flag from the pole. The pole is smaller than the pole holder and the screw to hold the flag in place simply dogs into the wood and splits the pole. This also makes it very difficult to remove or place at half mast when needed. The pole size is a good bit smaller than the metal holder so it could easily snap off in a storm. The flag set was very expensive ($200) and I was happy to pay the price until I got the delivery and saw the low quality of the pole and holder. I shared pictures with the company, not asking for a refund or any money back, and their unfortunate response was to blame me for not handing it correctly or not putting tape around the end of the pole so it matches the holder hole size. This company cannot be trusted to do the right thing and their product is not the quality it should be for Made in America! read more

This flag was a gift to us and we were very excited to receive it. We put the flag up right after Mother's Day 2026, by June 15, 2026 we started to notice it shredding/fraying. I contacted the company and got the following email below. I followed up with the order from the person that gave it to us as a gift, I also sent a photo of the flag. Since that email there has been zero response, they have not responded to my follow up or vm I have left. I am very disappointed in the quality of this flag as it should not be fraying in 5 weeks that is just ridiculous. I am not a fan of Yelp negative reviews because they at times can just be people that like to complain, and the very positive reviews are in many cases the company responding about how their flags are their greatest since sliced bread. I try and find the middle of the road reviews and based on what I have read so far there are more negative reviews about their quality, the foreign made products and lack of customer service. I hung the flag and it constantly gets wrapped around the pole. i reached out to them via their website. They never responded. Based on the photo, your flag appears to be within five feet of the nearby roofline and will most likely able to come into contact with the roof when winds spins your flag around the pole. Next time there are high winds, I would recommend taking a peek to see if the flag is able to hit against the roofline. If the flag is touching the roofline, it can prevent the flag from freely spinning around the flagpole completely with the direction of the wind. Repeated contact with nearby obstructions can cause damage to the fly-end (right side) of the flag. If possible, we would recommend moving the flagpole to a new location where it is at least five feet away from the roof or any other obstructions. If that is not possible, unfortunately it might continue to get caught up from time to time. However, you should be able to just give it a slight tug and the bearings will work to bring it right back into place. The next gust of heavy wind should perform the same function as well. This is the second flag that ripped to shreds due to poor quality. Contrary to advertising the material is akin to a mix of polyester and common cloth. Additionally, after contacting them for the first flag that shredded due to simple common expectations of weathering they were glad to send a replacement flag (still made of the same generic material), which I hung with hopes that the first flag was a one-off. No such luck! The second one shredded in less than (4) months!! With the excessive cost of the flag itself; particularly, due to the shoddy materials, I will Never buy from this company again. Nor should anyone else if they care about quality and integrity of displaying their national pride as a citizen of the United States of America! Trickery and terrible customer service. I need a new flag pole, o mounting bracket. On their site you click flag pole. That's what I got, but hooks to connect the flag. If you want to connect a flag you have to buy them for an extra $55. Who sells a flag pole with no hooks. Every flag pole available to purchase has the hooks. My two bunting 6x3 flags arrived this week, in time for Memorial Day. The quality jumped out as soon as I saw the packaging. Patriotic and quality wrap. the stitching is strong and even. The nylon is a strong gage and the red, white and blue colors are vibrant. They will adorn our HOA gates and the price of about $27 each was half of what I expected to pay. We've had our Allegiance Flag (4 x 6) for over 8 months now and it has outlasted any of the cheaper flags that we have ever bought. Colors are still vibrant, and no rips or tears and seams are holding out very well. Even through many many spring rains, high winds and beating hot sun . .it still looks like the day we bought it.
