I had McVeil Plumb come today and when the shower was turned on water was leaking from the shower down into garage but also the living room beams were dripping. I wouldnt be so upset if the shower had been used and this happened. Like I try to tell the owner, No one has used it ever and obviously the inspection was flawed. Pretty sure they didn't run shower long enough, but they did fill the tub with no leaks Well, it's obviously the shower and plumber agreed. She was also in shock. HOW WAS THIS MISSED????

He is knowledgeable about Pittsburgh-area homes and what to look for based on the time period in which a home was built. Our home was built in the early 1900's and he talked us through how our basement and home structure was a product of that era and what we could do to best maintain it.
