The design is clean, modern, and genuinely pleasant to move through--big windows, fresh finishes, and that polished "new airport smell" that makes travel feel a little less chaotic. The problem hits once you reach the gate areas. They're consistently congested, even at times that shouldn't be peak. Seating disappears fast, people cluster in every walkway, and the whole zone takes on that "everyone's waiting for the same delayed flight" energy even when operations are running on time. It's not mismanaged; it's just undersized for the traffic it's pulling. Staff are friendly, security moves quickly, and the overall experience is still solid. But the crowding keeps the terminal from living up to how nice it looks. A comfortable 4 stars--great aesthetics, good service, but the gate congestion is impossible to ignore.

There's a grand piano everyone is welcome to play on in the lobby and neat animal statues. Everything is in 1 building with baggage claim close to the gates and rental cars immediately outside which is refreshing and a pleasant surprise! Least amount of walking and barriers to commence a vacation I've ever experienced - which is what prompted me to leave my first airport review. Their TSA Cares service is also top-notch which we utilized for our autistic son.

After flying into…read moreBozeman and making the 5-hour drive to Whitefish, we arrived later than expected--but the self-check-in instructions were clear, detailed, and easy to follow. Shayla, our host, texted us ahead of time to make sure we were all set for a smooth check-in. That small gesture alone made us feel genuinely cared for. Each day, Shayla prepared the most delicious homemade baked goods, which made us feel like we were at a home away from home. Since we planned to head to Glacier National Park early each day, she kindly packed to-go breakfasts for us--always thoughtful, fresh, and satisfying. On the mornings we stayed in, she served beautiful homemade breakfasts that were just as delicious. The extra touches throughout the lodge made our stay even more special--the self-serve charcuterie, fresh fruit, and beverages were such a nice bonus. The lodge itself was peaceful and quiet, which we really appreciated. We stayed for five nights and can confidently say this was one of our favorite places we've ever stayed. Thank you, Good Medicine Lodge, for such a memorable experience!

Red Eagle Aviation - 1-Hour Tour of Glacier National Park…read moreAbsolutely incredible experience! Red Eagle Aviation is the only aviation company authorized to fly over Glacier National Park, and it shows in their professionalism and deep respect for the land and its visitors. John Paul, the owner, personally led our tour. He's hands-on, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about Glacier. His respect for the park's boundaries and the hikers below was evident, and he made sure every member of our family--especially our 11-year-old granddaughter--felt engaged and included. Although we've explored Glacier extensively over the past five years, seeing it from the air offered an entirely new perspective. The scale, the terrain, and the vastness suddenly made more sense--especially those ridgelines we've always wondered about. If you're planning to visit Glacier, do this first. It will shape how you experience the park. There's no better guide for this than John Paul--experienced, respectful, and deeply connected to this incredible landscape. A must-do for anyone who truly wants to know Glacier.

She was accommodating and promptly amended my situation by providing a clock as well as the flexibility of offering me a room on the top floor. Because of the exceptional customer service, I would definitely reconsider to staying here in the future and try and stay on the top floor for next time. The location of the hotel is prime and in close proximity to stores, restaurants, and gas stations. It's also nice that they always have their coffee and tea stations readily available and fully stocked with a variety of items. Parking is plentiful here.

Yes, it is our fault for paying that. For over $400 per night we didn't receive anything that you wouldn't get at a $120 per night Homewood. We still had to stop at the front desk everyday to get fresh towels, coffee, dishwasher detergent, and more because our room was only serviced once during our stay. This may have been the smallest Homewood room we've ever stayed in, and that is with it being the one bedroom suite! The lighting was poor throughout and was so dim in our bathroom that we asked to have maintenance inspect it. For some reason the dining room table was on casters meaning that slightly touching it sent it rolling a few feet across the floor. We asked for late checkout on our fourth day before leaving so that we could sleep in and were told no. Staff were very friendly and willing to chat. We spoke with our room's housekeeper who did a great job refreshing our room the one time that we actually got that. There was never a problem with parking, always plenty of spots right in front. Decent view from our room that included the mountains of Glacier National Park way off in the distance. Not in any way worth the price being charged. I would recommend if you want to spend this type of money that you can easily do so by just staying inside of Glacier National Park and having a much more memorable experience.
