But then Tommy went the extra mile brain-storming , explaining things about trailers to us and got things repaired. He was very knowledgeable, kind and took the time to return our calls whenever we had further questions. We were impressed with his care and professional thoughtfulness! Mike did a great job reviewing our extended warranty with us. We felt very comfortable with him and felt he was helping us understand the small print! A repair situation came up needing the extended warranty. Kyle and Mike took their time together to investigate and worked it out for our best interest. In fact, Kyle set up a time the next day for us to come in first thing in the morning for him to examine our repairs. Edgar did an excellent job fixing three of our issues and one was NOT their responsibility to fix under the warranty! All I wanted to know from Kyle was how he would recommend I fix it myself. Instead Kyle said "We can take care of that in 10 minutes... no problem! " We were so pleasantly surprised and delighted! Edgar and I talked about my concern but he had a great plan, aligned it up and secured it just perfectly! It would have taken me for ever to do what he did in minutes! We appreciated him doing that for us!! We actually enjoyed, just sitting and relaxing on Sky River's deck with our dog, watching Edgar diligently fix all our repairs while talking with their friendly staff as they passed by! It was a very pleasant experience! We were there from 8:30-10:00am and drove off with our fixed trailer with smiles on our faces! They had it set up and hooked up before our arrival, it made it so much easier being stress-free. We stayed at the RV resort across the road from the ravine waterpark, which had so many activities close by. I loved how they had all the extra kitchen supplies and even toilet paper and paper towels which I forgot to bring from home. The trailer was nice and clean, and a fantastic price for three days to rent! They even put out four chairs for us to enjoy. It was great having more time to have fun and relax, instead of setting up and taking down the trailer. We hope to use them again soon!

Getaway RV Rentals saved my Mom's bucket list for her 81st. birthday…read more Our truck and trailer weren't in good enough conditions to tow all the way up to Pismo Beach from Westminster, CA. so I was referred to GETAWAY RV RENTALS and they took care of EVERYTHING!!! They hooked up a 30ft. Salem RV that was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffee pot, toaster, BBQ etc....everything we would need to have the best camping experience ever, and it sleeps 7-8 guests. We don't even have to tow it back.... they take care of everything at a price i could even afford. Ten days at the beach, and ladies only. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOMMA! This place is a membership campground so you can't request specific sites if you aren't a member. This park is packed with lots of trucks parked along every street with everyone having fun. Each site is gravel with green belts behind. There is tons of green grass and poop bag stands everywhere. The laundry is $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry. There is a restaurant with a bar. You can eat inside or out in front. Nice looking arcade, mini golf, shuffle board, horse shoes and a few places that give you access to the beach. The staff said hello everytime they drove by. We had a great time! Pismo Pier is three blocks to the left and there is a 7-11 across the street. We also went to a cool dinner show called Great American Melodrama. There is a coupon in you map booklet. Good chips and salsa at Old Juans Mexican Restaurant too.
