Despite multiple calls from the recipient asking about the second claim, no one ever called back. I also called the owner directly and left a message, but this is still not resolved. When I went in personally to ask for the owner, one of the counter employees was rude from the start instead of trying to help. This store showed poor packing practices, poor follow-up, and poor customer service. I would strongly caution others against trusting them with valuable or fragile items.

Not just good, standard or any other "typical" word, they're FANTASTIC. Staff is kind, friendly and smiling. There's plenty of staff, something hard to come by in businesses these days.
