My father has been going to this store for over a decade to get his work shoes however after his…read moreexperience today I am telling him to stop. He was given such a terrible experience because the shoes he got originally to wear after a major surgery didn't fit so he wanted to return them and exchange the product for some work pants. He didn't even want a cash refund and if the cost of the exchange was over the original amount he was perfectly fine paying the difference. He had to argue with the woman because she kept saying it was his fault that the shoes he got did not fit. Once he finally got her to talk to the manager she reluctantly agreed that he could exchange the shoes for pants. As my father was looking at the work pants another customer came to get a refund on some shoes he bought. The same exact woman stated of course you can return your shoes we have a 30 day comfort guarantee. I guess she didn't think my father was worthy of the same guarantee. My father had worn the shoes a single time and she was giving him a hard time because he had worn them to work once. Overall the woman was extremely condescending and rude to him for absolutely no reason. I hope the manager of this store can help her understand that her treatment towards him was wrong. Long story short if you go to this store you better hope that the workers actually like you in every way or the experience you will receive will be like having your teeth pulled. I personally will not be going here anymore I might go to the store in Summerville and hope that this was just a single bad incident and that it isn't a systemic issue with bootjack in general.

Saturday was real fun with lots of folks shopping, but even with several folks shopping people are chill. This isn't Goodwill and you aren't going to find boring pieces here.
