They then send it out to a network of repair people and my jacket came back looking good as new. The whole process was super easy and is one of the value adds you get from shopping local.

Unfortunately they forgot to take the security tag off and we didn't notice until we got home to Ohio. This was kind of annoying because there were not only one but two people working at the front desk checking us out. At the time I thought it was sweet that they were so captivated with our baby but now that it seems at the expense of a job well done it seems unnecessary.
