I returned once and was told the noise was my glasses then twice and was told it was a CD in my console which was ludicrous because the noise was not coming from my console but the edge of the windshield. After 3 test drives the owner admitted he heard the rattle but said if it were the windshield it would NOT sound like a rattle but could have been my electric garage door clicker which is attached to my visor. I decided to look up telltale signs your windshield is installed improperly is RATTLING. I further contacted another glass shop and they confirmed the rattling over bumpy roads are very much indicative of poorly installed work.
