Had to replace my windshield because a chip became a crack before I saw the chip. They had the windshield arrive the next day, and the price with installation was almost half price without insurance helping. It was installed over my lunch break, just over 1 hour, and my registration sticker was transferred to the new windshield. If my car were not so new, it would have been well under half price. They're located behind the State Farm agent across from Target, and they are a good choice for any glass issue you have. They'll come to you but I didn't use that service as they are just down the road from my house and I took my wife to lunch instead. read more

We took it and after their initial inspection recommended replacing the molding which we totally appreciated (versus not telling us and having a grungy molding beneath a new windshield..the cost was small for the molding). I contacted Eagle Auto Glass over a weekend, and they responded within 10 min. I set up an appointment on Monday morning to get my windshield replaced on my wife's Yukon XL Denali. I asked a lot of questions about the install because a lot of shops do not install correctly. They don't remove all the trim or even remove the wiper blades. This company uses the best fast setting adhesive, and was meticulous with our vehicle. This is a shop that I can highly recommend for high quality work. I am as picky as they come so I wanted the best job for a reasonable price. You can't go wrong with using this company to replace your windshield if you want it done right. I needed to get my windshield replaced following a crack which formed and propagated massively after the freeze in February. I called and the next day they had appointment times available to replace my windshield. Since I wasn't able to get away to take it to the shop, Blake and Joseph picked up my car. In just a couple hours they brought it back and completed the replacement as well as the sensor calibration (required for many vehicles with lane departure and similar tech). Best of all, literally a week after it has been replaced, a rock popped up on the road and chipped my new windshield late one afternoon. The next day I was able to take it in, Blake was there (Magnolia Location), spoke with me, showed me his work, and effortlessly repaired my windshield to where it was almost unnoticeable. It began when the two chips on my windshield started to form a long crack that I know it needs to be replaced before the windshield just fall on my lap one day. So I got three quotes for its replacement and Eagle Auto Glass gave an unbeatable rate. I called on Thursday and by Saturday I was able to bring in the car. Unfortunately after they took the old windshield off they realized the replacement didn't have the electrochromatic mirror feature. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!! I would never recommend this company to anyone. When I called to schedule an appointment they came 2-3 hours late the first day, I called at least three times to their office and was told they would be at my house soon. Soon came in the evening. Now here it is the second day I'm having to deal with them because the first day they didn't have the proper tools.... so I was told they would be here at 12-1 pm and never showed up or even called to tell me when the next arrival time would be. So finally at 6-7 at night I get a call from Reginald and my husband denies his service because of the company's lack of communication. This guy starts cussing out my husband... needless to say I hope no one has to waste two whole days on this company or their contractors for that matter! read more
