These guys are the greatest! I purchased my Jetsetter spa from them 13 years ago. Delivery and set up was great. A few years later they moved it from our back porch over rough terrain to an upper level deck on the front of the house. I wasn't sure it could be done. Crew came well prepared with needed equipment and did an excellent job, with considerable ingenuity involved. Over the years they have come out 2 or 3 times for minor repairs, again competent, on time, etc. I get my water tested at their office (free), they are always helpful with good advice. The Hot Springs Spa has been great, well designed with a variety of jets and options. Being immersed in warm water is a great way to start or end your day. It is a "near spiritual" experience for me, it feels so good. The day before one Memorial Day weekend I developed painful sciatica. With no way to get treatment for three days, the spa was a Godsend! Waking up in the middle of the night in extreme pain, I would dash down to the hot tub for an "emergency" soak, and relief for a few more hours of sleep. By going in the hot tub 2 or 3 times a day I was able to hold on until the chiropractor opened. The spa was worth every penny I paid for it that weekend alone! Guests alway enjoy the hot tub as a special treat, especially the grandkids. I don't give out a lot of 5 Star reviews, but Allen Pools & Spas deserves it. These folks are the greatest. I own a Hot Springs Jetsetter hot tub purchased from Allen Pools several years ago. They moved it for me once, very professional and innovative, given the unusual circumstances of the move. We have had minor repair work done twice, very satisfactory both times. I regularly get my water tested at the Lebanon store, a free service that I really appreciate. Staff there is very helpful and knowledgable. I buy all my spa supplies from Allen Pool and appreciate the advice that staff offers. I use the hot tub just about every day and find the Hot Springs product to be well designed and serviceable. I bought a Hot Spring Bolt this spring from Allen Pools and Spas. This is after I owned another Hot Springs tub brought from them 20 years ago. They did the servicing, and it lasted a long time! When my old tub failed, I went back to Allen. Got a good deal, I think. This time, the Bolt was delivered on schedule with a very courteous and knowledgeable crew.
