When the old furnace gave up the ghost, they recommended a couple of good options. When they installed it, they were very thorough and even did some necessary rerouting of the gas line. Last year I called again to have my a/c system replaced. The old one was obsolete and had to be completely replaced. They were also able to install some new ductwork where raccoons had chewed up the old. Like before, they did a fantastic job, and even replaced the thermostat and wiring, which may have been overlooked when the furnace was installed. As of now, with the heat of the summer, my energy use reports from Duke show my house as being very efficient. I'm sure that is due in large part to the large energy saving a/c compressor I chose. Now I can stay cool, and affordably cool at that.
