I called Riverway, they said he was overwhelmed and can't do the job and they can send someone else Tuesday. (This was Friday). I needed our water main back on, the girl on phone said she can send someone OR my crew can turn it back on "either way". My crew turned it on. Hours later I get home and realize my basement is flooded and ceiling busted through under the shower. Riverway owner was horrible on the phone to me!! "Your crew turned the main back on so legally I don't have to pay for this!" Terrible tone and attitude to me so my husband then took over. Riverway refused to pay for the service master cleanup/fans and has now ghosted us! All over $3,000 worth of repairs. (I got quotes from 2 other companies) I asked about a programable thermostat installation and Chad looked at the time (probably b/c he didn't want to be late to his next appointment) and after looking at my current device, told me he had what I need on his truck and told me the cost. Again I felt it was a reasonable since i'd been researching online. There was a noticeable positive difference in how quickly the system cooled my home after his visit. Today when I noticed it was 77 degrees in the house I called and got voice mail. Chad returned my call in about 40 minutes and recalled his visit a year ago. He asked my address and was here within 10 minutes. (I had thought I'd have to wait until the next day b/c it was 3 PM)Half an hour later he had replaced a small part and explained why. Again at a reasonable price. I thanked him and told him I'd schedule a furnace "check up" this fall. I wish he did roofing and plumbing too.
