stopped in so randomly one day on my way home to ATL from Orlando. I have had an issue with a slow leak for a while but had not had any time to get the tire changed. I had filled it with air before getting on the road and that should have been fine for the trip but it wasn't and I was quickly approaching a flat. I had already stopped a at two previous gas stations, both had paid air, which is fine but at both locations the payment system was broken and there was apparently nothing anyone could do about it. It def is sort of around nothing and it's a bit run down. I have to say as a woman traveling alone, I was on high alert walking in. But They guys could not have been nicer, faster or more courteous & professional. They jumped right on it and refused to let me pay a cent. I was there for all of 3 min and my tire was sorted and I was on my way feeling silly for having my guard up. Highly recommend and please tell them thanks again for me. read more

Had a severe tire leak and was losing PSI like crazy on Interstate 75. Got off the exit and went to the Marathon Gas station up the the street and asked the cashier if they know of a tire repair shop nearby. The cashier told me to call Allen's Tire Repair as they have a 24 hour service. Also this was all on a Saturday evening after 6 pm and on the Labor Day Holiday weekend. I called the after hours number and the service technician on call said he will meet me at the store which was a 30 second drive from the Marathon gas station. The technician fixed the tire good as new in under 30 minutes and pulled out the leak culprit which looked like a cracked side piece of someone's cell phone. Which is ridiculous!!! This repair shop was a life saver! I highly recommend this repair shop. read more

These guys work hard and FAST! I'm traveling back home after evacuating hurricane Milton and experienced a tire separation that was on the verge of exploding. I'm so glad that I stopped when I did. They got me in immediately within 5 mins of searching and arriving, and had my brand new tire delivered and installed within 30 mins. I found myself stranded before dawn on a dirt road in Georgia with a flat tire . Apparently, I ran over something I shouldn't have on I75. It took 90 minutes for a tow truck, but Louie had me running within 10 minutes after we arrived. What a blessing to see his smile and hear, "We got you." THANK YOU LOUIE AND MICHAEL FOR WORKING LATE 6 NIGHTS A WEEK! Driving home to FLA from TN, and the car started shaking badly, we were half hour from an exit, as we got closer to the exit, the tire pressure indicator came on, down to 30 psi, 29, 27, 20 as we got off the exit. Coming down the ramp, like an angel from heaven, is Allen's tire--OPEN LATE! Pulled right in,just in time. Although working on another vehicle, Louie came running out with a big smile, said I'll be right with you, had us pull up a bit, thats when we saw, our tire treads were shreadded...ready to go...this was no nail in the tire. As soon as he could he got to ours, no questions asked, just pulled the tire off, got a new one on, and we were back on the road in under 30 mins. Mind you, there was NOTHING else at this exit that we could see. We had the dog with us and Louie and Michael were super nice to him. I was about a third of the way into my 1000 mile trip North when I had a steel belt slip on a tire and had to pull over at 5:58 PM. Allen's Tire Service popped up in my Google search as the closest tire service but they were closing at 6 PM. When I called, Allen answered and said to bring my car over and he would stay open and take a look at it. He was super friendly, very helpful, and he replaced the tire for me. Cooper Tires wanted me to return the tire to them for inspection but I had no place to put it in my already over packed van with Christmas presents, 4 people and a dog in it. Allen offered to keep it for me until my return journey. Two weeks later, he greeted me as I pulled in and gave me the tire back. I told him The other 3 Cooper tires also slipped the steel belts heading North and had to be replaced. Allen is a super guy and I wish more people operated like Allen in the service industry. Patched a flat tire for $15 and we were back on the road in less than 20 mins. Fast and friendly!

Developed 2 same side bubbles in my 5th wheel tires some 20 miles prior to stopping at Carroll's for wife to pick up some items. Had to slow to avoid blowout of both tires on same side and possibly having a turn over of the RV. Looked on the internet and the closest place was 20 miles away that I could find in Tifton, GA. Asked the cashiers at Carroll's and they recommended Allen's Tire Service at Exit 80. Called and talked with Allen. Said to bring it down (one exit away) and should be able to fix me up. Don greeted me when I arrived and immediately began to assess the concern. Met with Allen and he was cordial and pleasant to deal with. Picked out some quality tires. Immediately had me back the unit up to the front of the bay, selected some quality tires and immediately replaced them. Had me back on the road in about 30 minutes. The price that he charged was the same that I could find on the internet at various other retail services and the labor was reasonable. They were great people to deal with, honest, provided quality service and an amazing customer experience. Highly recommend this place and thank Allen and his crew for such amazing service. read more
