So in total the had the vehicle 4 times just to get it right. The latter times I took the vehicle back to them I mysteriously started having leaks.....oil reservoir which cost me 1k to have repaired........may be coincidental but I doubt it.

The vehicle drove fine during a test drive. Later that day after purchasing, the vehicle shut down and would not restart. The next day, the car stalled again. I called the dealership and was told to take the car to their sister lot/shop in Eastman, GA. The issue for me was that the vehicle would need to be towed near or a little over an hour away costing anywhere from $200-$380 dollars! I asked if AMG motors paid for the tow and was told they do not. It is frustrating that before purchase, I was given a carfax of the history of the car, but did not have it disclosed of any current repair issues. There does not appear to be a lemon law in Georgia. The car buying experience was not the best either. There is a surcharge if you use a debit card and you have to have them added to your car insurance before leaving the lot. This expense came out of no where as I have not had to do that before when purchasing a vehicle. There is a limited warranty on the car, but I think at the very least, the dealership should be responsible for towing to the repair shop. I would think twice before purchasing a vehicle from AMG motors of Cordele.
