Jason is the contact at this shop. He provides poor service and incomplete work. He does not do anything in a hurry. He has horribly rude staff, a filthy office and the facility looks like a junk yard. He does not communicate progress with you and is a horrible value for the money. In Cordele, there are several better places to go. I will not be back and hope that this reviews helps someone else avoid this train wreck of a business. Even after the business response, my review remains the same. Horrible staff and ownership attempting to manipulate my review and the truth. I came in today with a Dually pickup truck with spacers needing a tire repaired. I drove 50 miles to get here because they were the only ones I could find who would touch the truck for me. From the first call with Gabriel, I knew this would be a good place. He told me they were booked up but went to speak to the owner. They said they'd be happy to help me. Come to find out it's a family owned business. Everyone was so friendly here and they took care of my flat and Jason advised me I needed to get my brakes taken care of soon. My family and I were headed to Orlando when we had a mechanical issue arise. We were referred to Quality and it was hands down the best choice ever. Morgan and Jayson are amazing and they took great care of us. He was kind enough to allow us to use his truck to grab lunch while he worked on our vehicle. This was hands down the best experience I have had with a service shop. It's always nice when you meet genuinely great people. This owner is one of the most caring people I know. He saved me on the side of the highway on June 11, 2021. I was driving down from Atlanta heading to Orlando by myself (60 yr female). I was towing a 19 ft camper and near his exit, my wheel came off of my camper. The lug bolts were shaved off. He fortunately answered the Good Sam request for a tow. (And, it was closing time on Friday!!!) They were able to flat bed tow it to his shop and repaired it in a timely manner and I was on my way to Orlando by Monday afternoon. I was staying at Georgia Veterans State Park Campground when I notice I had a tire with a slow leak. I turned to Yelp for some suggestions for a tire repair service in the area. I was very impressed with the reviews for Jayson and his business, Quality Auto and RV Service. When I met him I understood why he got such good ratings. He is a very friendly, kind and knowledgeable person. He immediately jacked up my motorhome and inspected the tire. Unable to spot a nail he removed the tire and took it into the shop to do a soap test. He spotted the problem, a leaking tire valve stem. He fixed the tire and put it back on the motorhome, correctly torquing the lug nuts manually, something you don't usually see. He also zip tied a bunch of loose wires near the wheel well. When he was finished I asked him what I owed him. He said " No charge, just keep me in mind for any future work." I was flabbergasted, but not really that surprised because of the kind of man he is. I insisted that he take my voluntary payment and expressed my gratitude. My only wish is that I lived closer to his shop but will definitely keep him mind when traveling the are. While on the road near Cordele, GA, I pulled into an RV Park and while setting up, I noticed on the drivers side of my 5th wheel the rear most axle was misaligned and causing that wheel/tire to rub up against the front most tire. I was refered to Quality and I arrange to bring the 5th wheel in the next day. I brought the trailer in and was immediately welcomed by "Jason". He started the repair right away. My wife and I were passing through Cordele GA on a Sunday when we discovered our RV Chassis batteries were over heating and exhausting dangerous vapors. Vacation savers!! We were en route from Atlanta to Fort Canaveral, FL to catch a cruise when we hit an unavoidable large plastic thing in the road. We pulled into a rest area and realized that there was transmission fluid leaking from the car and it was smoking. It was Memorial Day weekend and several calls to AAA and other shops in the area indicated that everything was either closed or closing very soon. Quality Auto was our 4th call and while they were 10 minutes from closing, they said they would stay open for us if we came immediately, which we did. They put the car on the lift, drove it around, did several test with a diagnostic machine and gave us a detailed explanation as to why it was all due to a recent tune-up I had gotten and that if we hadn't hit the object and been looking, we would have never realized the car was adjusting itself. I can not express how grateful we are to have run into such honest and nice people!! We know next to nothing about cars and would have fallen for about any explanation and paid about anything to get back on the road. They spent an hour on our car and charged us next to nothing - refusing to take more since they said that is what they would have charged any local who came into their shop with the same issue. I wish they were in ATL, I would definitely use them regularly!! read more

My 2008 f150 broke down on I75 3 miles north of Cordele, Ga. I looked ok Google for reviews and saw some great ones for this. So glowing, I was suspicious they had been left by friends or something. I left the truck because it was midnight. Too a cab to a hotel in town. I called them the next morning. Jason was at my hotel in 10 minutes to get the keys. I was pulling a 12ft box trailer which would have been a great opportunity to gouge me on an expensive tow. Instead, he took what he needed to get the truck running and drove it to the shop. I knew there was a short somewhere and the battery wasn't holding a charge. He found the short in the alternator in a few minutes. Swapped it and the battery out and had me back on the road in a few hours. It was $690 but the battery and alternator was almost $400 at Napa. $290 for labor and the service call to get the truck didn't seem that bad. He even arranged a late checkout with my hotel without me asking. You can tell when someone enjoys what they do and takes pride in their work. If you ever find yourself broken down near Cordele, this is the guy you want. read more

Owners Jayson and Jerry were more than just excellent repair men; they were kind and considerate and agreed to meet us at MIDNIGHT to open their gate for our RV that was being towed in, and plugged us into their electricity allowing us to stay in their repair yard for the night until morning, when they were able to identify problem and do a temporary by-pass to get us back on the road until we arrived back in MI. A very special THANK YOU to them both for being gracious human beings and knowledgeable in the repairs of RV's! (they were a welcome change after having waited for 6 hours for AAA+ RV Roadside Assistance to find us a tow company big enough to tow us...Royce Towing also did a great job. Quality stayed in touch with us by phone throughout the whole ordeal.) But AAA+ needs to improve their network for RV assistance if they want to provide for RVr's. read more
