Henry seemed extremely knowledgeable and explained what the problem was and what all of our options were very clearly. He did show up a little late, but in his defense our house is a bit hard to find. We've been in contact with him the past few days as we've been contemplating our options, and he has provided very helpful information every step of the way. Unfortunately it looks like we're going to have to replace the unit, but the prices we got from Henry were competitive, and we are confident that he and his team will do a great job. They're super professional and actually honor their warranty. Every time I've had a minor glitch, they answer the phone immediately and stop by at the earliest time possible, and usually have it fixed the same day. I called them again today because of this Miami cold snap, and Daniel was a total lifesaver. He was at my place within hours and figured out the issue right away. Turns out, it wasn't even my unit--it was a problem with the building's cooling tower. Daniel literally went out of his way to talk to the building manager and the tech team to get it sorted.
