No other doctor I've seen ever made this connection. When you have to get refills on your allergy serum, you always meet up with a nurse practitioner, not Dr. Nsouli himself. The top layer sutured then unsealed leaving the larger hole unhealed. Steri strips were applied at again after 25 days, but the tech applied them not to pinch and seal the incision line but across the entire gaping hole. Two days later the steri strips fell off with an unhealed hole still present at 30 days. I don't have an incision line with stitch scars as expected, I have a quarter size hole 100% unhealed with antibiotic ointment. I never saw a bona fide MD only PA & wound care staff who are incompetent IMHO despite my concerns voiced when stitches were removed. I will not return to this quack outfit again. A family MD removed two prior cysts the day he saw me with no delays & no complications. Find another dermatologist. PS Staff do not give post op directions clearly, they are more worried about face mask wearing which is like catching gnats with a tennis net.
