Dr. Blair is lovely and has been great with our daughter but it takes way too long (8+ months to get an appointment as an existing patient.

From the beginning, no one clearly explained potential charges. There seems to be zero consistency in communication between staff and the doctor. I was told after the fact that I would be charged for services they assumed I "should have known" about even though no one ever mentioned them beforehand. I paid to have my 11-year-old son's serum overnight shipped, which was already an added expense. After that, there was no follow-up or confirmation that it was received. Instead, it was somehow sent back to another Allergy Partners location, and I had to go through the process of shipping it again. On top of that, I submitted school forms that were extremely important only to be told they were shredded. I had to go back to the school, get everything redone, and resubmit the paperwork. Then, unexpectedly, I was told I would be charged for the forms as well, which was never communicated upfront. This entire experience has been disorganized, stressful, and especially disappointing when you're dealing with a child's healthcare. Clear communication, basic organization, and empathy should be the standard and unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.

I specifically asked if everything was included in the office visit (allergy testing) and they said yes. After the exam and testing, I was billed separately for everything. This was then ran through my insurance as having to meet my deductible instead of the office co-pay I was expecting. When the office manager called me (3 weeks after I requested a call) she was very rude. I do not and would never recommend this place.

It's rare that I walk out of a doctor's office wanting to tell everyone how great my experience is, but that's exactly how I felt! I immediately had a positive impression when I walked in while on a work phone call and the staff told me to take my time with my call. As I filled out forms, I was surprised to get a form that actually told me what my insurance covered - the amount of my deductible, the amount I had already met, and what percentage was covered for allergy testing/allergy shots (with CPT codes too). When I asked the cost for each allergy test prick, I was floored when she could actually tell me the cost - $12 a prick or $600 for all 75 pricks. I can't tell you how many times I've walked into a doctor's office and no one knew the cost of procedures or the CPT codes for the procedure. I couldn't believe it when Dr. Rosenthal spent around 30 minutes with me, in an era when most doctors are limited to 10 minutes per patient. He asked me about my allergy history and tailored his plan to what I said. When I said I didn't want to do allergy shots, he was willing to try an alternative to see if that would treat my problems. When I said I didn't want to pay $600 for all 75 allergy tests, he decided to limit the allergy tests to the ones with the most actionable plan for prevention. On top of all that, Dr. Rosenthal is older, so he's got a wealth of knowledge from first hand experience with patients. For example, he had heard of my very crazy MSG allergy and took the time to teach me how MSG affects the nervous system. He knows which allergy medicines tend to work better for most patients. I really can't say enough good things about Dr. Rosenthal and will recommend him to everyone who mentions allergies to me!

Dr. Nsouli is a very kind, caring person, who comes across as someone who knows what he's doing without coming off as arrogant. I've had severe allergies all my life, and Dr. Nsouli is the fourth one I've seen over the past twenty years. He's definitely been one of the top two, mostly because he realized that one reason why I have trouble staying awake (something I thought was completely irrelevant but he asked about it anyway) was because the allergy medication I was currently taking made me sleepy. No other doctor I've seen ever made this connection. When you have to get refills on your allergy serum, you always meet up with a nurse practitioner, not Dr. Nsouli himself. I imagine this is standard protocol, since the good Dr.'s time is valuable and you're not going because of a problem, you just need a refill on meds.

As someone in their 30s, it was beyond frustrating to have such a poor quality of life. I was often dismissed as just another sinus infection case, and it felt like no one was truly looking for the root of the problem. But then I met Dr. Wasan. She was the only doctor who didn't give up on me. She approached my case holistically, constantly working to find alternative treatments and never once treating me as just another patient. Thanks to her persistence, Dr. Wasan successfully diagnosed what others couldn't for decades: it wasn't allergies or a sinus issue causing my infections--it was severe acid reflux. Since receiving the correct diagnosis and treatment, my life has completely changed. My symptoms are gone, and I haven't needed antibiotics in over a year. My quality of life is back to normal, and I owe it all to Dr. Wasan. She truly went above and beyond, and I will forever be grateful to her for giving me my health and life back.
