I was a bit apprehensive before taking my children to the clinic, having read some of the reviews beforehand. However, after visiting today, we all agreed that both the staff and the doctor were friendly and patient. This place is a joke. When I needed a primary care authorization earlier this year, they claimed they had requested it. I waited a few weeks, assuming it was being handled, since they told me they had contacted my doctor. When I checked with the allergy clinic, they said they never received the authorization. I called my PCP's office, and they confirmed they had not received any request -- but said they would submit it right away. Two days later, the authorization came through. My PCP faxed it over, but when I called to schedule my shots, the allergy clinic claimed they still hadn't received it. I contacted my PCP again, and they had to call the allergist directly to confirm it was received. By the time I could finally schedule my allergy shots, I had to go back to biweekly injections instead of monthly. After several visits, I was told I could return to monthly dosing. However, when I came back a month later, they had miscounted the dosages and told me I'd have to go back to biweekly for another month. On top of that, they never have change when I bring cash for my copay, and they charge a service fee for using a debit or credit card. And when I asked for a refill of my allergy medication, they said I needed to schedule a consultation -- which would require a higher copay. I ended up just getting the prescription directly from my PCP. read more

Zero stars. We will minor be returning here. Firstly, they charge 3% fee on top of copay if you use a card. Secondly, office staff is rude. Thirdly, the place is FILTHY. And lastly, the doctor was not only 45 minutes late for the appointment, but she was extremely HOSTILE & aggressive. When I called her out on her behavior, she started to argue with me. After that, she became passive aggressive. She also accused me of not bringing in records that she DID NOT ask for. How am I supposed to magically know 1) that I needed to bring in extra documentation beyond the forms I filled out, & 2) that they can't access MyChart? It was a new patient appointment- I don't typically ask clinics what system they use as that's not my concern. She then said we were referred through the wrong channel?? Not even sure what that means but that has nothing to do with me & should be discussed with the referring doctor. I can go on & ok but I'll stop here. If you have a choice, run for the hills & go somewhere else. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. Awful place. Do not go here. Doctor did nothing to help me. I paid a $25 dollar copay per my insurance and they STILL hit me with an extra surprise bill of $25. Paying them $50 total for NOTHING. Don't go here. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. They just want to take your money and keep you coming back so they can take more and more and MORE. Took my kid there to get allergy testing and was told the cost of the test will be $650-700 if I want to proceed. I had to pay upfront $200 first then they will send insurance the bill then I would pay whatever is not covered. Well they charged $1620. And I had to pay more. Photo of bill included... Zero stars! DO NOT COME HERE!! Request a different office. If you want to be treated terribly by a passive aggressive doctor who will TRY to belittle you, and degrade you....this is your place. The building is disgusting inside as well. Looks as if it's never been cleaned. Terrible in general, but even worse so, being that its for patients with allergies. Let me also start off by saying I am a very kind person with tons of empathy for others. I never write reviews, but I will do anything to get the word out about how terrible this place is. First off they never ever answer their phones. They will randomly text you, and sometimes respond back to your replies. Its constant calling without answers. Referrals take forever to go through, and you will find yourself more overwhelmed trying to figure out what's going on trying to get ahold of staff. Thats the last thing anyone wants to deal with when already dealing with trying to find answers to your health concerns. And the Dr.... I have NEVER in my life, met a more unprofessional, disrespectful Dr. than Dr. Susheela Bala. She is very un-persobable, she will rush you every appointment, treat you as anything you ask her is wasting her time, or is a dumb question. My son recieved an allergy test and she would not tell me what allergens she placed on his body. She told me I'll get it later in the week. I told her I wanted to know what was put on his body that same day, and that i didnt trust relying on the office to give me information. She gave me attitude and she refused. She said she didn't have time for that, and she was busy with other clients. Hello! We are the clients. I am his mother, and I want to know what is placed on my sons body!!! She was giving me attitude when I pressed for the information. She then said, you can go to the front for your follow up appointment. My husband then asked...oh for another allergy panel? She said no, we are done testing him bc these ones came out negative. (Mind you, I don't know what these ones were because the Dr. Refused to tell me...only that they were food related) i said that I wanted to continue testing, and she literally laughed and shook her head at me. I asked what was so funny?.... As a mother, I want to rule out all allergens for my son. She walked away from us so rudely without saying a word. I asked the front desk for a different dr and said she was rude. The girl told me she was the only dr. She then gave me a follow up phone appointment for A MONTH LATER to go over my son's results. Seriously!? What a joke. I have filed a complaint, as this office should not be in business the way it is ran, and how they treat people. NEVER AGAIN. read more

I wish I could write a million reviews about this place. I'm not one to complain about someone or their business, but this place has put me through the wringer. First it takes forever to get ahold of them, I had an appointment over phone this past week and they never called even though it was confirmed via text. I tried calling multiple times with voice mails that same day after no one called for my appt. No voicemail was returned. Tried again a few times the next day, no calls were answered and no voice mails returned. Finally got ahold of someone and rescheduled the appointment. Finally got on the phone with the doctor who I had seen back in January. Mind you I had an appt back in January, and had a question right after my appt and they wouldn't answer my question over phone and made me schedule a phone call visit which costs. So I had to have another costly phone visit today for the doctor to tell me "I'm resisting" what she is saying. She asked me " why am I calling and requesting allergy testing if his skin is perfect like I say?" I tell her that it's not my choice, it's his doctor's orders. She makes me feel like an idiot, she is aggressive and hostile. She is so smug and being passive aggressive making me feel like I'm doing something wrong or idiotic for calling. And SO SO SO very unprofessional for a doctor. I ask her how long the authorization will take and she rudely tells me that it's not up to her. She says "I don't make the rules." There's a way to talk to people and treat them over the phone. I am a very kind person and am only calling this place for my son's allergies bc it is either here or Orange County. The doctor was helpful but we waited over an hour past appointment time and this place was filthy! You could tell they took no pride in their cleanliness. I think it's very inconsiderate to have someone show up to an appointment and get told when arriving that you have a $200 deductible and then getting told "I've been busy" for the reason not to tell me on the phone and then telling me I have to reschedule in person. ITS YOUR JOB TO TELL SOMEONE ESPECIALLY considering I am going there for my allergies, something I can really take lightly and constantly feeling sick because of. To make matters worse I drove far because I was referred here by my doctor who is great and was hoping it would be the same here since my primary is very helpful. COMPLETE opposite. This is an update to my review of 3/6. I was called by the receptionist that my records would be available for pick up. It took 3 trips to the office. First, it was closed during regular office hours, and when I arrived I was presented with a notably new folder that only contained cherry-picked records. I have been a patient at that facility for more than 20 years. The last two pages of the file had a 10-year gap between. I told the receptionist that if I were paying for bringing my medical records to Loma Linda, then I wanted all of my records. I was told that was my file. I told her that was not my file. As a patient, I knew that my file was huge--as records are not digitized--and that actually I had 2 files, I saw the file every time that I was in the office labeled "2 of 2". She then told me that she would have "to find" the rest of my records. I walked out refusing to pay for my records and had no further contact from her office. Today (3/22/17), I was at Loma Linda Sinus & Allergy for my appointment, and said that Dr. Bala's office had not cooperated in releasing my records such that I could bring them in prior to my appt. I signed a release request, and the same anemic file was faxed to Loma Linda. At least I hadn't paid for it, and the MD and staff understood that it was not my full medical records. read more
