I decided to go in for a consultation due to the proximity of where I lived. I called to make an appointment, and I specifically told the staff that I wanted an allergy test done, and the lady I spoke to was very informative where she told me to stop taking my over-the-counter anti-histamine meds 1 week prior to my appointment (this advice ended up saving me an extra trip to the doctors, because apparently it would have skewed the allergy skin test if I had continued taking it.) So the day of the appointment: I checked in as a new patient and was surprised to find no actual paperwork to sign - everything was electronically signed with the assistant up front. Free coffee in the waiting area, and the wait time was relatively short. My nurse took my history down electronically and then went to get Dr. Rahimi. He's awesome!! He took the time to explain EVERYTHING to me, down to what caused my allergies and the treatment options. I even ended up asking him several questions about some of my past diagnosis with other doctor specialties, and he was very patient and answered my questions thoroughly to the best of his knowledge. The nurse did my skin test on my back. It only takes 15 mins to get the results, so afterwards Dr. Rahimi went over it with me. Out of the 61 scratches, I came back positive for 40! Dr. Rahimi had a very nice way of putting that I was a rare case where I was almost allergic to everything haha. We talked about a plan for allergy shots, to help my immune system build up a tolerance for my allergens. He told me about a "rush day" I had to complete at first, and told me what it consisted of. Then the nurse came back and explained medication instructions to me, with an easy-to-read paper handout. I also thought I would have to go get the medications filled at a pharmacy, but she already prepared the tablets in a neat baggy that was labeled with which medications to take and when. What a convenience! When I was checking out, I was surprised to learn that an assistant already checked with my insurance to see what was covered for my 2-3 year allergy shot plan. Furthermore, as I was waiting for her to collect my co-pay, she came back and told me that she didn't want to keep me waiting because their card reader wasn't working properly, and that she'll just collect it during my next visit. Overall I spent about a total of 2 hours at his office (but a lot of it was NOT due to waiting) and had a wonderful experience where I know my health is in good hands with Dr. Rahimi and his staff!

We tried all the over the counter meds and my wife went to a pulmonary doc who got here some relieve with an inhaler. All hit and miss stuff. Our regular doctor told us our conditions were almost identical. so, we decided to see a specialist and Yelp help us select Dr. Rahimi. That turn out to be a good choice. Our first appointment was very comprehensive and lasted almost two hours. We had all kinds of tests for allergies and breathing abilities. Our technician was very pleasant and thoughtful. At the end of our tests Dr. Rahimi met with us and discussed the results. He scheduled us for blood tests to further investigate our problems. In the meantime he prescribed some OTC products for me and some prescription items for my wife. It has been three weeks since our first appointment and one week since our second. We are both experiencing relief of our symptoms. I would not hesitate to refer Dr. Rahimi and his clinic to friends and family. They are good people!

They called a second time and made sure i knew they date and to be there early again. I arrived 20 minutes early and filled out the 8 pages of preventative paperwork they needed. She said i needed to pay upfront my co-payment of 60 dollars . I sat down and waited and watched my appointment time go by . I finally got up and ask what was going on - the lady said we are back up and you still have some patients in front of you. I ask how do you get backed up when you only less than 2 hours. I sat back down and waited again. I ask again and she said she would call me back in a minute. They finally called my name and I went back headed towards the room when I saw people waiting back there to. I ask how long will I have to wait back here now . She informed me they had a few more in front of me and it should not take longer than 20 to 30 more minutes. I let her know that I would not be waiting any longer and I ask for my money back . At first all they wanted to do was reschedule me and I let them know I would not be back and that whomever does there scheduling should be talked to. I want a real doctor who is responsible and genuine and that's him and his office! Dr. Gottlieb could easily read that right off the back and was just fantastic when it came to responding to me. Honest, to the point but I 100% felt and received top notch care. I had four other friends go to him for the deviated septum surgery and they couldn't stop raving about his work. I'm just now recovering and it has been such a healthy for the most part easy recovery. My face is looking great and not a lot of bruising! Surgery lasted an hour and that surgicare staff was just as amazing. Very rarely do I review doctors office but this was worth it!

I made an…read moreappointment with Gottlieb as I could not get into my normal doctor for a clogged ear, and his reviews seemed decent. I filled out the usual new patient paperwork and then was called back into see Gottlieb. When he saw my chart and inquired about a procedure I had done with a colleague of his in the industry, and I did not have glowing things to say about said colleague and my procedure, Gottlieb proceeded to chastise me for even showing up to see him for a simple ear cleaning. This Gottlieb guy felt he was so unworthy of being selected by me, a new patient, to choose him for a procedure cleaning when I could have just "gone to his idol instead," who, I may add, did a surgery on me that did not go well, was a complete failure, and made my condition worse, so why would I choose to go back to said provider that made my condition worse, or ever see him again? Read the room, dude. Were you really that clueless?? Apparently so. I have never in all my years of going to ear doctors (over 40 years) seen a man feel so inferior to his colleague at the sheer mention of his idol's name and then have the nerve to chastise a new patient for "choosing him" instead of just going back to this other colleague of his that he idolizes and feels a massive inferiority ego complex being mentioned in the same industry against. Total unprofessionalism; if he is that ego-sensitive to the sheer mention of his idol's name and anything negative mentioned about a patient's experience with said idol of his, which the patient has every right to say, as I did, he should not be dealing with patients in any form if he is that sensitive to a differing viewpoint that challenges his view. It's none of his business why a patient chooses to go to another provider, the reasons are many, and he shouldn't have questioned me for choosing him over another competitor of his. Honesty, It's none of his business, it is a choice who a patient chooses for medical care. I did not bring this conversation up initially and had no plans to even talk about it. He prodded me for information when he saw the other guy's name mentioned on the form and wanted details when I told him I was not fond of his idol colleague. This entire conversation was instigated and started by Gottlieb almost immediately after he came into the room to see me. This is the most unprofessional first visit I have ever had with any medical provider. I told my regular ENT about this interaction, and he was shocked at this kind of treatment and agreed that it was very unprofessional and bizarre. Terrible experience. There are plenty of ENT providers to choose from in the DFW area to help you with your needs; in my opinion you would obviously want to choose someone else who actually cares about you, the patient, wants your business, wants to help you, and won't judge you instantly and question you for even choosing to use their services or question you if your view on something or someone is different than theirs. Go anywhere else. I wish I hadn't seen this provider.
