I have been calling her almost every day to try and talk to her and just simply get some answers as far as if she in fact filled our taxes and to just give me a dollar amount so I could check the IRS app, and she doesn't know how to return phone calls, yet she is so quick to take your money though. I leave messages and my calls are never returned. This is a huge pet peeve for me. I can understand if tax season is a busy time and work is abundant, but returning phone calls is a huge part of customer service. Other than that they do outstanding work.
