She is so unprofessional and extremely rude, I don't even want to mention her "ghetto" personality and the fact that she thinks that she is above you. And trust me when I say this, she isn't afraid of showing it either. We filled with her in the beginning of February and here we are in the middle of March and we still haven't gotten our return back. I have been calling her almost every day to try and talk to her and just simply get some answers as far as if she in fact filled our taxes and to just give me a dollar amount so I could check the IRS app, and she doesn't know how to return phone calls, yet she is so quick to take your money though. Horrible, just horrible!!! I would never recommend her to anyone ever!

I leave messages and my calls are never returned. This is a huge pet peeve for me. I can understand if tax season is a busy time and work is abundant, but returning phone calls is a huge part of customer service. Other than that they do outstanding work. I hope my tax returns is as great as it was last year.
