One thing I didn't like about this place is that they didn't even let me sit down before they handed me an engraved pen, a custom coffee mug, and folder with all my taxes filed and ready to go! This place is awesome. The accountants here are trained professionals that not only walk you through your business and personal tax needs, but they keep you informed along the way. I called my accountant at 7pm on a Sunday night because it was an emergency and he took my phone call as if it was fine. The customer service is stellar and the all around experience I had at this location was better than other local accountants in the area. I would recommend scheduling your appoint Kent ahead of time as they do get really busy throughout the week. They're located in an area with heavy foot traffic so if you don't call ahead you'll be waiting quite some time. Only negative is that parking is scarce so I suggest walking there or taking Public transportation! read more

Do not do your Taxes here. They made an error on my taxes when I realized I was paying way too much. I filed my taxes here hoping I would get the best tax return but it was disappointing to find out I did not receive the most out of my tax return. I returned to their office to show how that this is an error. They insisted that there are no mistakes in my filing. I returned again a week later after talking to HR team in my work, and they told me again, there are no mistakes. At this point, I got fed up because I knew I was paying too much. And because they were not helpful in finding the error, I ended up going to another tax servicing place and found out that I overpaid in almost $980 in taxes. Please don't go here if you want the most out of your taxes. There are other professionals who can help. I will be filing at another place next year and so will my family and friends who also have also been filing taxes here. There should be no room for mistakes like this especially if you are paying them to do you a service. read more
