I had an excellent experience with Alyssa (as well as Karyll ) Alyssa asked me what my goals were and worked with me to achieve all of them. I finally caved and saw my primary care who directed me to see a physical therapist. I found this practice through Yelp and took a chance. Dr. Urvater is patient, listens to my concerns, and helped me get on to my road to recovery. I am literally pain less, walking on cloud 9 when I leave her office and head to work. Her hands are magic! Her office staff is great as well, so sweet and helpful on the phone and when she checks you in upon arrival. I am so happy I found Dr. Urvater and would definitely refer her to anyone who needs a physical therapist.

Unfortunately the public space in front of the building is not welcoming......Handicapped parking in front of the nail salon and not Access PT. Other two handicapped parking spaces are in front of the hardware store a distance away. Additionally "sidewalk" in front of facility is uneven bricks which is a real danger if you must use a walker or cane. Access PT Administration, you need to meet with your landlord and deal with these serious and dangerous issues for your patient's sake.....Strip mall needs an upgrade. Jose C.

Brendan Guilarte, my therapist, as well as several other staff professionals, have provided excellent guidance and coaching in exercise, stretching, and specific skills in regaining comfortable movement, strength and ease in activities of daily living. I was amazed how effective the remote sessions were. Steven C, my therapist, provided excellent guidance, was extremely knowledgeable & the methods were very organized & professional. Plus he has a genuine concern for the patient. I would highly recommend this therapy center & commend them for developing remote sessions for people unable to have in-person therapy. Five stars are not enough!
