After a few phone calls, we decided to work w Quick Fencing and Nick (the owner). He was the easiest to get quote, also his pricing is the most reasonable, especially w high quality cedar wood boards. He came as planned, installed the posts first with concrete foundation, which is great for stability. He also was patient to wait 3 days for the posts to dry and stabilize before installing the boards. In the mean time, we had a bit of scheduling snafu, I had my landscaper also there at the same time. But Nick was very accommodating, letting the landscaper finish his work first. Fast forward, the fence is now finished, and it looks good. Nick is willing to guarantee his work for 2 years. We probably won't need it, but it is a nice assurance. All in all, Nick is easy to work with, and the work is great!

They are very responsive, and communication is easy. I usually ask for two estimates: one to fix the fence panels and replace only what is needed (after inspection they tell me what panels and posts can be saved) and another one to replace the one or multiple fence panels and posts with new ones. In both cases they did a very good job and pretty quickly too. I was able to do all that by sending them photos and just check the work after completion. I even had neighbors who used them to redo their entire fence, and they were satisfied too.

This company is so quick to send out warning letters or charge interest for refusing to pay dues when they fail to uphold any of their obligations. Our community park has spray paint all over, boards bashed out and section of fence missing. We also have been finding drug paraphernalia as well. We also have recently been observing homeless leaving their shopping carts by the big opening in the fence line that was damaged. One of our kids was bit by some random kids dog about a month ago which I filled out an online police report with Animal control. I also let the HOA know which again fell on def ears. Our kids do not feel safe playing at our community park. Anthony with JC Higgins hardly responds to emails or phone calls. I feel going to court and forcing their hand to do something is probably what it will take to get stuff done. Until then we aren't paying dues to a company that refuses to maintain the community common areas that we pay dues for. The neighborhood park is starting to look like a homeless encampment. Not paying dues for a service that is not happening. If you are looking for a company to help manage your HOA, I would stay clear of this company. I'm sure the manager will try to play it up like we are the bad guys like he does in previous reviews on here. If you are struggling with this company, I suggest filing a complaint with the state's AGs office. I will be filing one this weekend.
