Our insurance company (USAA) mentioned that Possert was their local contractor-of-choice, so I contacted them. Things couldn't have been much simpler. The Possert guy came by my house, evaluated the needed repairs, and sent me a repair estimate. It wasn't all that hateful (especially since it would be covered by my home-owner's insurance). I told Possert "go ahead & do the repairs", and the magic happened. They repaired my home's roof, and also replaced the crunched gutters/soffets. All the while, there was EXCELLENT communication. We'd used Possert 20+ years ago after a small fire at home. They did a great job. I'd use them again.
