The estimated time of arrival on our date of service was not honored, and our attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful. The owner's explanation for forgetting the appointment was a personal issue. Despite our understanding of unforeseen circumstances and willingness to give the company another chance, our efforts to reschedule were ignored, and we were blocked from further communication. This lack of accountability and customer service is concerning.
