Alliance came out to pump after another septic company that my HOA contracts with(Drain pro) said we needed to pump. It had only been 2 years since it was last pumped so we felt like we needed a second opinion. Come to find out our septic inspection from Alliance showed no deficiencies and no need for pumping. This was my first experience with septic inspection and subsequently, repair. They nickle and dimed me to death and still did not file the RSS with the PC Health Dept. in order for me to sell the property. They knew all along what the intent was as they were dealing with the buyer...just another way to get more money...this time to the tune or $415 to file the RSS. They are highway robbers!!! Were so nice and responsive...UNTIL they got paid. Find another company if you can and if you want to hold on to some of your $$. read more

I called last week to set up an inspection and they told me they would be out 9/18 at 9am. I didn't hear anything from them until 9:47am on 9/18 from a guy saying he was 15 minutes away from my house. An older gentleman shows up at my door, didn't introduce himself and just starts asking about where my septic was located. I told him the panel was out back and I would meet him there. I had my baby on my hip in the rain and this guy right away starts telling me that my septic light was on and I was overdue for my inspection and "why didn't you call the last people that did your inspection, did you have a problem with them?" I told the guy I didn't have a problem with them, I just didn't have their information and the first person I called off the Pierce county list, rec. them. I then asked if I should just call the last people and he goes "I'm already here so I'll just get started." I then walk back into my house and just as he was coming around the front, I asked him to leave. To be honest, I don't know anything about septic systems but I don't deserve to be disrespected. He was so rude and offputting, no one deserves to be treated like that! I should have read reviews before calling them. I've never had such a horrible experience from a septic company. I had my septic pumped and my pump chamber checked. The pump chamber had issues and Alliance corrected them. One alarm float was completely off and the other just hanging on. I also had over 3 inches of sludge in the pump chamber. They corrected everything and I was good to go. They came on time for the appointment letting me know they were on there way. Very friendly and no BS trying to get more money from you like some septic repair companies. I will definitely call again when needed. I called and spoke with someone from this company on 8/26/20. I chose to call them because they had some decent reviews and were a small local business. I was told to text pictures of our system to the number I had called and that they would look over the pictures to see if anything jumped out that might help save us a service call. The guy I spoke with told me they could come out the following week and we'd be able to set something up over text once he had the pictures to review. No one ever responded to the first text with pictures so I followed up shortly thereafter. No one ever responded to any of my texts. read more

These guys pumped our septic on 7/19/21 and we had our RSS in hand by 7/30/21. They came equipped with a printer and internet access, so everything was done and done before they left. I called Alliance to have my system pumped that was the week of june. I told them I have a white water system 2000 gal. was told $608.00 + tax. so they were to out the 25th of june. on the 24th of june alliance called that they would be out on the 25th I asked it is still $608.00 + tax they said yes just for the white water. I said that I told you the hole system and what type. they wanted to all $200.00 more. the day before pumping. alliance stated they checked with county to is what type system I have. They could have done that when I called and then gave me a price. Well I told no thank you . I went with A+ Services they checked with county on the type and info on my system and the gave me a price. Now that is the way you do it. so Alliance I give you 0 rating. read more

Excellent company. They pumped septic and checked pump chamber and found problems. The alarm floats were improperly tethered with one completely off and the other just barely hanging on. They corrected everything and I was good to go. They apply no pressure telling you a bunch of BS to up sale services. I will definitely use them for pumping and service when needed. I had them come out and do an annual inspection of my septic system and I was extremely impressed! Last year I had A-Advanced septic come out and they way over charged me to the point that I did my own work. They also did not even spend more than ten minutes at the job site. Alliance Septic and Repair came out today and spent almost an hour cleaning the system and making sure everything was working properly. This maw and paw company also doesn't screw its customers by charging an arm and a leg. They have reasonable prices and do more work than the other company's do. I will be using them for the other houses I own in the future! read more

I was charged $225 a service charge (1hr) then I was charged for 40 min of driving from my home to shop and back... even though he had details of my particular repair prior to arrival. The part replaced was less than $100 from any septice supply company within 50 miles. My end bill...$891!!!!! Go elsewhere or youtube it yourself. Contractors have gone crooked all the knowledge you need is online. But if you don't have the time done call these guys, shop around. read more
