I was in a bind....I was quoted a price from flow hawks that literally had me in tears after just purchasing our home less than three months prior. I'm a customer and I strongly recommend Economy Septic Service. I was in a bad situation. My house was under contract and I initially hired another septic company to perform an inspection and submit an RSS. My house was unoccupied and we were not on the premise when the work was performed. Surprisingly many deficiencies were found and the estimate to repair the deficiencies was $5,000 in addition to the $1200 that I paid for an inspection and RSS report. I sought a second opinion and fortunately I found Economy Septic Service on a Sunday night. I spoke with Angie on Monday and by Wednesday Mike had resolved my problem by Wednesday and filed the required documents so the sale of my home would not fall through. They completed the entire job for $3400 compared to the other company's estimate of $5000 for repairs plus $1200 paid for the inspection (total $6200). Mike and Angie are honest, dependable, reasonably priced and they care about their customers. They run a small family owned business. I am a homeowner with a septic system (on drain field). Got a little worried about one of the toilets clogging up yesterday. On a hunch, i decided to get it pumped. He told me I probably have 1 more year to go, but I decided to do it anyway. Took less than half an hour and he told me I don't have to put the dirt back on the cover. My plumbing started backing up yesterday. After a little research online, I went with Economy Septic. I was told they would be out next day between 11 & 1 pm. Next day they showed up at noon. They drained the tank but the plumbing was still backed up. They could have told me to call a rooter but instead inspected the pipes and flushed them out.
