Aw man I was seriously very impressed. Their tech Jordan was just an overall friendly guy, super knowledgeable, not only answered my questions but was fine with watching them do the pumping. I'm a curious homeowner and I want to be involved on work at my home. We waited for the actual pump truck to arrive but it took only about 20 min. He had the covers up and was assessing how full it was in the meantime. The 2 guys from the pump truck were very friendly. They all work well together. At the end I went over the charges one at a time bc if I'm spending thousands on my home, I want to understand and approve of the numbers. He didn't mind at all. It took about 1.5 hours for the service give or take. They didn't leave a mess behind and our inspection papers will be filed. I can't say enough good things about this company. The office staff messaged me thru my yelp project which sent the convo to my phone via text. Receipt is emailed along with photos. Straightforward. Easy. Simple. One word of advice that if you decide to stay outside to watch and learn and look into the tank to see the before and after you will feel nausuous. It's not enough to get 600 to pump the septic, and a phoney filing fee,they charged 50 bucks to use my water to spray the walls of the tank. After not getting 200 bucks for the use of a crust buster from me. They have to pad the invoice. Crust almighty! read more

4 Stars - Great Service with One Bump in the Road... We had a generally great experience with Zoom Drain, thanks in large part to their technician, Jeremy L. He was professional, respectful of our property, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on and what the service entailed. He was transparent, insightful, and apologetic where needed--truly someone who takes pride in his work and customer service. We had a clog at the kitchen sink which we had difficulty locating and clearing ourselves -- took three days, actually, until deciding to get the experts involved. We chose Zoom Drain. Jeremy's quality of work was solid, and their responsiveness from the moment we made contact was impressive. However, there was a scheduling mishap where dispatch confused our appointment with another customer's. Because of the mix-up, I had to cancel work meetings and rearrange my day, which was frustrating and inconvenient. That issue is what kept this from being a 5-star review. That said, Jeremy's work and demeanor were redeeming qualities and is why this is still a 4-star recommendation. He took responsibility, communicated clearly, and made a real effort to make it right, including recommendations in reconfiguring the original piping under the sink, which was not optimal. A little out of scope from what we had requested service for but, he explained things so thoroughly that we wanted it done right. Mistakes happen, but the recovery matters--and in this case, we think they did a really good job thanks in large part to Jeremy. Would definitely recommend them but would also be just as cautious with the scheduling. read more

Roto Rooter came out 15 minutes after he did and had a higher price after waiting for 2 hours on them. Jordan was very professional, listened and treated me great. Called Zoom Drain over the weekend and thank goodness they were available 24/7. First person I talked to was the owner whom was out of town. He said to call the again because the person on duty could possible be helping another client. When I called back, I spoke to Nadine and told her my situation. She was able to refer her on duty Field Supervisor Jeremy and she gave me an estimated time of his arrival and that he should be contacting me soon. Jeremy contacted me and gave me his current location and his eta. He arrived promptly as indicated. Showed him the situation and he had an idea of what was going on. Approximately 30 minutes later he detected the problem and showed me what was going on and how he resolved the problem. Great company, called about a backed up toilet. They were able to come out first thing the following morning. Jordan and Jeremy showed up in the freezing cold and cleared the clog on the drain line very quickly. They also took extra time to scope and jet the line and found a busted pipe and extensive roots in the lines as well. They got everything cleaned out very quickly and left me with a product to help keep the roots away till we can get the pipe fixed and possibly get a liner installed in the future. A solid 5 stars on Zoom Drain's response to my plugged shower drain issue. A 9:00 AM contact got a 10 AM response from Jordan. I was not available in the time window Jordan proposed. Needed to delay an hour. Jordon was very flexable in providing response at my convienance. Turned out the issue was septic related. Jordan was very quick at identifying the issue and providing guidance. All this and no charge for their response. Called Zoom, at 330 the day before Thanksgiving, for some kind of clog that was backing clean toilet water into the shower. Kristina took my call and after listening to the issue, dispatched Jeremy while we were still on the phone. Very impressive. Jeremy showed up 20 min later with it seemed like everything needed to complete a septic replacement, except the tank. It wasn't an easy job to find the 35 year old tank in the Graham Potato soil, especially with a modified system that fed from the opposite side of the house. Very impressive company and personnel. Jeremy was knowledgeable, thorough and an incredibly hard worker, digging and backfilling until he found the tank. He called for back up and Gordon showed up and between the two of them knocked a tough job out in a couple hours leaving around 530. I will never have to search for a plumber again. Zoom has the contract every time. And the prices are the best you'll find. By far!! read more
