I love this urgent care. Always fast and friendly! The few times I have went I was in and out with 30-45 mins! No long waits here.

I love Abrazo West, the care they give is outstanding. They are caring and kind. They will do…read moreanything to complete any testing before releasing you. Their nurses are they best!! In March I had to be transported to the ER. My body lost almost all the fluids that is needed to keep one alive. I was seizing. They had the and lights going speeding to the Hospital. I was scared, especially when they took me into a room as soon as I got there. That was my 2nd Emergency, at least major one. I April I had another emergency yet my daughter insisted we ho to Banner E. Their nursing staff spoke ill of me right outside my room. I was like WOW I can you! I complained and I coukd the conversation between the charge nurse and the nurse. He said I asked to many questions and was bothering him. Yes, I had a lot of questions and I had to use the restroom a lot. I have epilepsy. No apologies nothing. I was then transfered to another floor. Originally I was on the 4th floor and they sent me to the 2nd floor. They do not do such as I stayed there 2x prior. The solution was to remove the patient so the nurse could go back to playing around with the CNA and other nurses or on the phone with his wife! Abrazo West is my choice...they are so professional. Thank you Abrazo West.

On May 20th 2026 I had to make an ER visit at Abrazo West Campus. What I encountered was not only…read moreunacceptable from a customer service standpoint, but also raised serious concerns regarding patient safety, sanitation, and basic standards of care. Upon arriving at the ER, I immediately noticed the waiting area was extremely unsanitary. Garbage was scattered throughout the area, trash cans were overflowing, and the overall condition of the lobby created an environment that appeared neglected and unsafe for patients already seeking emergency medical care. The most concerning issue occurred in the men's restroom, directly in the ER waiting area. There was human waste and diarrhea visible from the toilet onto the floor, creating what I believe to be a serious biohazard. I notified staff immediately, expecting the matter to be addressed without delay. Instead of contacting environmental services or taking immediate action to sanitize the restroom, I was simply redirected to another restroom inside the ER, which was also unclean and poorly maintained. After waiting nearly an hour and a half in these conditions, and despite medical staff advising otherwise, I made the difficult decision to leave the facility because I no longer felt safe remaining there. I ultimately sought treatment at another emergency room, where I was properly evaluated and treated.

I explained to them that unfortunately I was uninsured and unemployed, but I was wondering if they could provide treatment because I had severe pain all over my body after being in a 3 vehicle collision just an hour ago. The receptionist said yes, and they led us to the back. After they took my vitals, I was informed that I would need to pay a $600 deposit before leaving and I would be billed the rest. I explained that I didnt have $600, which is why I had explained my situation upon arrival. They told me I would be charged the $600 regardless of whether I stayed or not because they were already providing the service (taking my vitals), so that I might as well stay. I was made to feel like I had no choice to I started calling relatives to ask if I could possibly borrow the money. I was advised to leave and decline services, so I politely informed them I wanted to leave and they could bill me the $600 later but I didn't want to stay. On my way out I overheard the receptionist tell the nurse that she HAD told me about the $600 upfront cost, so I turned around and corrected her. I reminded her she, in fact, had not. Why would I accept a service I knew I couldn't afford ? She then snapped back and me and basically recanted her earlier claim to the nurse by saying, "We are not LEGALLY OBLIGATED to inform you of any costs, only to provide you care." I told her it wasn't fair to disclose to patients that there is an upfront cost until AFTER it's too late to deny the charge. They deliberately waited until they took my vitals to inform me of upfront cost. She insisted that she did nothing wrong as she was following the law, and I walked out. Please don't go to this location. Do not trust people like this with your health. Taking advantage of people needing this critical service is a disgrace. Beware

The front office assistants were nice and helpful as well, the waiting time on a Wednesday morning was reasonable, all the process took less than 90 minutes, which is good. The clinic itself is a little bit dirty, not gonna lie, I was observing around and it has a lot of dust, the windows are quite dirty and the floors could be cleaner. Inside the room where I was looked dusty too. If they can fix that, it will be a great urgent care office.

The staff is careless and lacks empathy. I watched five patients walk out without being seen by the physician or any other staff member. I knew this place was the worst when an employee of the company said that this weight was ridiculous and that she was going to her location because there is no wait. As I'm watching the staff standing around and talking and joking. I realize that the wait is an hour to an hour and 30 minutes per person. Because the staff isn't trying to get the patients in and out like the name suggests. My ultimate frustration is mostly due to the fact that I called a day prior, and they informed me for drug testing that there is no wait. So when I arrived this morning on a full bladder. I am expecting to relieve my bladder. Because I was told that there is no wait and to have to wait an hour and 10 minutes to relieve myself is just unacceptable. It just appears that the staff has no clue what's going on with their facility. When I finally got back to do my urine sample They had me put my personal belongings in a cabinet. The staff seemed to have an attitude that I asked her to lock the door to ensure that my personal belongings would be safe. Moreover, for me to pee in a cup and for her to seal, it only took less than ten minutes. I will say that the clinic looked clean. But then again, that's probably because 50% of their patients leave before getting care.
