My wife went to Alliance Health Durant for chest pains via transfer by ambulance. The nursing staff are very good and take care of their patients. The doctor staff is deplorable. We were there for over a day and a half and only saw the ER doctor for about 2 minutes. Then the next day we saw another doctor for only about a minute. The cardiologist never bothered to make an appearance to discuss my wife's prognosis at all. The heart enzymes that tell if a person is having a heart attack were high and nothing was done at all. I do not recommend this hospital at all. read more

I took my four year old to the AllianceHealth urgent care center. They had a very kind and professional staff. The nurse and nurse practitioner were caring and kept both of us at ease. After getting negative results on strep/flu swabs, the NP came back and asked if she could swab for RSV. She said that she was concerned because I told her I have a newborn in the house. I was glad for her to test. The swab was done quickly and came back positive. We were so glad to know what the problem was. It gives you peace of mind to know. To say it was a visit to a medical facility, my daughter handled it really well. The sticker she got at the end of the visit made it worthwhile to her. Overall, the visit was quick and efficient. We will absolutely be back and recommend to friends! read more

They called for a guy who was in a wheelchair in the lobby of the ER and when he was unable to respond they didn't come out to see where he was just assumed he'd left. A guy went to help him and wheeled him up front. Then that same guys gf went into a seizure and he screamed for help I went and helped him keep her from hitting her head and he yelled out again. I told a nurse to get a gurney but he wanted to asses her himself first. Even though the husband had to yell out for help. We were not allowed into my moms room for hours. Once we finally got there and after shift change it took hours for a single nurse to come check on her. Room is filthy and the first nurse I saw in the lobby was an asshole, the second in the lobby was an asshole. Before shift change the nurse in my moms room seemed to care and was trying. After she went home we still haven't seen any nurse doctors or anyone except a tech doing a blood draw. read more

Birth and Delivery gender surprise ruined The care was good. Loved my doctor. Building was alright. I saved the gender for birth. My last child. I hope you can understand how difficult that is especially because I already had 2 boys and my family and I could have known for months. While I was in labor maybe a couple hours from seeing my baby. A nurse I told and had a conversation with about the gender surprise left my room and looked at my charts then let it slip to me twice. Ruined it and broke my heart. I will for ever be devastated. They will not help you. They'll typical make you wait for over two hours. People passing out in the lobby and nobody doing anything to help the people in an actual emergency so it's not an emergency room. My daughter had trouble breathing and the dumba** wouldn't even prescribe Albuterol to help her breathe, a cough she's had well over 3 weeks. Tired of arguing with people who don't care. My child has insurance and these people still wouldn't do an x-ray on her chest to see if she has too much fluid or anything. Might has we'll have acted like doc McStuffins and pretended my child was getting help. These drs aren't worth your time or effort. They sit there and tell you there's nothing they can do. The womens clinic is awful and full of idiots. They don't know how to spell and had my wife forge my signature which is illegal. They misspelled my name which we have to go to the court system to fix the names now. They are disgusting lazy. Worthless womens center. Do not have your baby here I'm seriously trying to save you abunch of mess. These people mostly women in the baby center are all idiots. They do not care about their job. And have made everything complicated. They need to get these people fired and out of there. I'll be sure to send this awful treatment to state and get this idiots audited because they are bo where professionals. None of them. Probably should of checked a little better because I promise anyone having a baby here will regret it. And also they sent our paperwork in without us signing on there so now our baby has no parents on paper because their idiots. read more

My mother is currently in the hospital at the moment and I cannot go see her. Her doctors are a bunch of assholes they have told her that they're putting her in a nursing home without her consent. They have told her that it is because they believe that it would be easier for them to do her physical therapy that she does not need and they believe that it will be so much easier on them because then she won't be so stubborn. They have put her at the end of the hallway by herself with no one else around her and they have decided to treat her like she is scum on this earth and they have told her that there is nothing that anybody can do because their doctors and they know everything about her and they know what's best for her. read more

I took my son in to be seen for severe stomach pain. It was on his lower left side of his stomach where your appendix is. We sat in the waiting room for 2 hours without being seen, while online it says there was a 0m wait. We ended up leaving and going to tmc. read more

Been in this hospital twice and have received great service. They literally saved my life when I had a double pulmonary embolism. The second time I went to the ER and was admitted for the second embolism and received very good treatment. The nurses were kind and attentive, the attending physician was thorough in his explanations and answered any and all questions. Even the food was better than most hospital food. read more

Nursing staff is top notch. That's the only good thing I can think of. Food is awful. Doctors steal your care from your regular. Doctors. Everytime a doctor walks through your door it different from the last. They just walk in give you orders, they don't even bother to introduce themselves. It takes forever to get testing done. read more

My wife was taken in three times by ambulance due to extreme pain, nausea and coding (dying). All three times, the nursing staff treated her with no respect and basically called her a drug addict. Police officers (one who was not even supposed to be there) were laughing at her because she was out of her head due to being in extreme pain and she didn't know she had no clothes on. They would write a script for nausea and pain (Tylenol 3s). One nurse encouraged her to leave AMA because quote "I am tired of your sh**." I believe all of the treatment she received was due to her only having state insurance. I have seen people with paid insurance treated like royalty comparably. Until such time as Alliance Health regains my trust, I would not take my cat into the Emergency Room there. read more
