The session was amazing, we did the Gender Plus and had a great experience. We then did another one (the deluxe package) at 28 weeks so my parents could come along, as a thank you for the amazing baby shower they threw us. We gifted them some pictures and added a heartbeat bear for them - it was perfect for all of us! Then we took advantage of the final sneak peek and went at 34 weeks. My baby has been measuring 2 weeks ahead so I was incredibly nervous we wouldn't be able to see him with just 10 minutes but we got some great pictures and I was so impressed. Every session I left feeling more and more in love. Amazing staff! TIPS FOR PICTURES: Drinks tons of water for 5 days leading up to the session to get the most clear pictures 15 minutes before session, have something to drink full of sugar like juice or soda. I always got a slurpee bc it was both really cold and sugary so it got baby moving. I also ate something before to make sure he wouldn't be so sleepy.

I was told they'd be open, and received several emails to confirm my appointment as well as a text message to confirm, only to drive 45 minutes to arrive at a closed facility. The owner claimed to have sent me text messages saying the sonographer was out because of an emergency surgery but I did not receive said messages or any calls or emails. Very disappointing and unacceptable. They tried to blame me for their mistake by saying I put the wrong number on file, but I came here in 2022 and they had no problem sending messages to the number on file then. I do not recommend Stork Vision. They suck!!

Third time was for the 3D photos, again babygirl was being stubborn but we were able to get good shots eventually, I don't recall the lady's name but she was amazing the 3x I went, definitely very patient and nice with us. The appointment was to get some high-definition sonogram images of their on to be born baby. When we arrived, Sheri, greeted us warmly and escorted us into a very comfortable room where the procedure would take place. Her business, Visions of Love Ultrasound specializes in 3D/4S Ultrasound images. The room where the procedure takes place has a comfortable bed, shelves with plush animals, and monitors all over so that everyone in the room has a clear view. I was impressed at how patient Sheri was and how she masterfully positions both mother and baby so that she is able to get some amazing shots. Sheri takes her time in order to make sure everyone is comfortable and that she gets images everyone is happy with.

He was calm, articulate, patient, empathetic to my high state of nervousness, and took time to explain the process to me in detail. He even offered to play music, so I asked to listen to his playlist - and it put me at ease. He slowly numbed the injection site until he could proceed with me being comfortable. I felt a slight pressure - nothing else - no pain at all, it was remarkable. Everyone told me it would be excruciatingly painful. Here's the story, I went in to prime diagnostics. The form my doctor filled out does not have an…read morearea to select elbow, it's Prime's form. So they wrote forearm and bicep. I spoke with the technician prior to the MRI and made sure she was aware that I needed to have it for my lower forearm all the way up to my upper bicep. Because that's where the injury was. She said she would do her best. When I went in to have my MRI read by the orthopedic surgeon, he said the MRI wasn't good and even the report given by Prime states that it does not capture the rupture area "unfortunately, the scan does not cover the distal most insertion". Which is where the rupture occurred. I've been calling and leaving messages at both doctors offices and prime for 2 days trying to get them to re-do the MRi they messed up at no cost to me. i paid cash. Both doctors offices said that they had reached out to prime and not heard back. I spoke with the Prime scheduling department supervisor and the billing supervisor. They kept referring me back to the other departments. I have a short window to complete this surgery but Prime is not providing a good service. I may have to go elsewhere and pay out of pocket again. So frustraing!
