I was told they'd be open, and received several emails to confirm my appointment as well as a text message to confirm, only to drive 45 minutes to arrive at a closed facility. The owner claimed to have sent me text messages saying the sonographer was out because of an emergency surgery but I did not receive said messages or any calls or emails. Very disappointing and unacceptable. They tried to blame me for their mistake by saying I put the wrong number on file, but I came here in 2022 and they had no problem sending messages to the number on file then. I do not recommend Stork Vision. They suck!!

I'm very accepting of all personality types but calling her opinionated, naggish, negative and pushy is being kind. We almost got off that table and walked out. Let's start with her repeatedly asking how many weeks we were, even though she was told several times and it was right on the screen in front of her. We literally just stopped answering the question. Then her comments like.. * It's going to hurt so bad. Just get the epidural. After being told that we were using a midwife and doing a water birth. That should usually trigger someone that this birth is a natural birth. When she said that we asked her clearly shocked why would you say that or encourage people to get an epidural, she carried on and then said, well maybe it just hurt me so bad because I'm so petite. Girl. What?? Maybe some people just have a really low pain tolerance. * After that awkward encounter that almost made us get up and leave she had the audacity to say, it has a really big head and has to go through that little space right there. That's your birth canal. So the big head has to go through there. That's a really big umbilical cord. * Yes she said it. She kept referring to him as an it. * I have three kids, I know what I'm talking about. * Is the dad so excited? Where is he? He must have had to work today that's why he missed the appointment. *Look, Look, look. Look here. Look. So rushy and naggish. There is a dozen other things that made our eyebrows raise but those were the worst. Oh and the pushing for tips. That's crazy. I just paid almost $200 for this sonogram. You are a sonogram tech. That's what I'm paying for. That's like tipping your dentist or doctor. And having to go into the screen, select custom and enter zero is crazy. Her energy was so negative we didn't even tell her our baby's name when she asked. Didn't want that toxicity muddled with it.

You not only get your moneys worth here but more importantly you get an amazing experience that you don't want to miss out on. Third time was for the 3D photos, again babygirl was being stubborn but we were able to get good shots eventually, I don't recall the lady's name but she was amazing the 3x I went, definitely very patient and nice with us. I had an amazing experience I'll definitely recommend and come back if I have more kids lol If possible I'll prob be back for a maternity massage before I go into labor

The appointment was to get some high-definition sonogram images of their on to be born baby. When we arrived, Sheri, greeted us warmly and escorted us into a very comfortable room where the procedure would take place. Her business, Visions of Love Ultrasound specializes in 3D/4S Ultrasound images. The room where the procedure takes place has a comfortable bed, shelves with plush animals, and monitors all over so that everyone in the room has a clear view. I was impressed at how patient Sheri was and how she masterfully positions both mother and baby so that she is able to get some amazing shots. Sheri takes her time in order to make sure everyone is comfortable and that she gets images everyone is happy with.

He was calm, articulate, patient, empathetic to my high state of nervousness, and took time to explain the process to me in detail. He even offered to play music, so I asked to listen to his playlist - and it put me at ease. He slowly numbed the injection site until he could proceed with me being comfortable. I felt a slight pressure - nothing else - no pain at all, it was remarkable. Everyone told me it would be excruciatingly painful. Here's the story, I went in to prime diagnostics. The form my doctor filled out does not have an…read morearea to select elbow, it's Prime's form. So they wrote forearm and bicep. I spoke with the technician prior to the MRI and made sure she was aware that I needed to have it for my lower forearm all the way up to my upper bicep. Because that's where the injury was. She said she would do her best. When I went in to have my MRI read by the orthopedic surgeon, he said the MRI wasn't good and even the report given by Prime states that it does not capture the rupture area "unfortunately, the scan does not cover the distal most insertion". Which is where the rupture occurred. I've been calling and leaving messages at both doctors offices and prime for 2 days trying to get them to re-do the MRi they messed up at no cost to me. i paid cash. Both doctors offices said that they had reached out to prime and not heard back. I spoke with the Prime scheduling department supervisor and the billing supervisor. They kept referring me back to the other departments. I have a short window to complete this surgery but Prime is not providing a good service. I may have to go elsewhere and pay out of pocket again. So frustraing!
