If I could give ZERO STARS I would. This is an awful management company. When they took over, the monthly HOA fees immediately went up. I tried to sign up for the automatic withdrawal. Unknown to me, the auto withdrawal did not work. Then I got a letter that I owed several months, during which time they repeatedly fined me and charged interest. I tried to call them repeatedly, but they were completely unreachable. I had to wait for at least 30 minutes each time I wanted to leave messages with their answering service. I left several messages, and not once did they call me back. I was told that the person I should speak with was accountant MEGAN USCANGA. I left several messages. No reply whatsoever. I left messages with the answering service for ANYONE to call me back. No one ever did. I have no respect for businesses which intentionally prevent the customer from contacting them in any way. I hope that this company completely changes its business practices or replaces those who refuse to do so. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would! Ramya is completely incompetent. She never responds to emails, she is never in our onsite office, and she selectively enforces our documents. We are forced to live by and constantly drive by non-compliant owners/renters. Ramya does not do her job, and she is useless. I do not know how she keeps her job! I attempted to reach the Alliant office yesterday, to find out who Ramya reports to, and was on hold for over 20 minutes, only to be told that the office is not permitted to give me anyone's email addresses. Alliant is basically non responsive and has multiple excuses such as I'm trying to get the elevator repaired or even a non response to front lights being off schedule. It's dark earlier and the light timing has not been taken care of. The lights timer has been off since Hurricane Milton, nearly a month. The HOA communications portal is useless except to send the homeowner bogus messages and then levy fines even though the property is compliant. We recently sold a condo in a newly managed development in Bonita Springs, FL. After closing the bank kept sending Alliant our HOA fees. We did not notice this for 2 months. We had the payments stopped without a problem. The issue is that Alliant will not respond to our request for a refund of over $1100. We keep contacting them on the phone, and by email. It says a case number is created, but it's crickets on any response. This has been going on for over 6 weeks now. This company is totally unresponsive. I don't know why the development ever switched to them. They are the worst that I have ever had to deal with. When selling their services to our association there was a smooth manager that touted how great they were. Just a ruse. They turned out to be losers. Poor communications, CAM's were changed on us multiple times, complaints, questions or suggestions fell on deaf ears. When we sold they were a nightmare to get the approvals and paperwork required for us to close. They also charged our buyers $$$ for their background and financial checks. They don't respond to phone calls, emails and have hired an bargain priced answering service to take messages and do not respond to the messages. They came on to many properties that were in good ways financially and within a short time after Alliant took over managing the property the finances were in the negative substantially. They also short cut on what quality of services were previously being done at the property so the places become shoddy and less desirable places to live. Could write pages and pages of examples. First off, that's not a good look for this company. But they were right. Every few months, I get a "fine" for an accounting error that I didn't make. Rather than reading simple numbers, I have to wrestle with them to get it off my account. Like I said, two monkeys are smarter than everyone in this office. If you complain at their lack of basic competence, they "block" you and say they are magically sick with COVID, on "vacation" or some other such nonsense. It's like dealing with an insolent teenager who doesn't want to accept responsibility for being completely wrong. They have lied to my face in an email, but because they are uneducated, I had to show them the error of their ways, and I magically received an appropriate answer. Alliant Association Management.... very poor and rude service. They do not have anything to say other than "you can fill out a form, and we will respond within 30 days". Even for the simplest basic questions. Bridget is who I spoke with, and hung up on me. I guess I asked too many questions she did not know the answer to. In fact she hung up on me. But, I did not give up, I thought, I just got the rotten egg in the basket. Surely, someone there is civil and can answer basic questions. I guessed wrong. When I called back, ( three minutes later Around 2:50 in afternoon ) the answering service answered, and I spoke with Lewis. Lewis only knew how to take phone numbers. Pleasant enough, but knew nothing. Does not know who is in charge (no), who is the manager (no), how the phones in the main office are answered (no) and so on. It became apparent, that Alliant Association Management might be using an answering service to screen their calls so they will not be "bothered" by "any questions". But, isn't that what condo associations do... answer basic questions? Bridget could not answer even the most basic of questions. I asked if painting the "interior" of a condo in their association was allowed without condo approval. She said--- no and that you must fill out a special form for such a request. I said "A form for painting a wall?". She said that anything you do in the condo, you must get approved. I said "How long does that take?". She said... "Up to 30 days for approval". Wow. Well, how long does it normally take for such a minor thing as painting a wall. She said she did not know. I have been in business for decades, and there are the very good, the good, the adequate and the less than adequate business models. This one is way less than adequate. Virtually no service at all. A rating of "one" is actually too high. Sorrow and pity goes to anyone that has a condo or other need (in this association) or even a basic question and has to deal with this group. I canceled the condo sale I was going to buy, because if they refuse to answer basic easy questions... and they have this much control over a home I buy, what about any real issues or problems that might arise? No one needs to be treated as non-people. No business deserves to be in business with a business model that is so poorly staffed and trained as to irritate someone who has had only a few minutes of contact with them. Alliant Property Management manages The Lakes at Oakmont. Two years ago, I sold my house there. They were notified of the sale. I continued to get meeting notices and the coupon books for payment of monthly association fees. When I received the first correspondence after the sale, I called to make sure they knew the new owners' names. I was transferred several times, put on hold, etc. and finally spoke to someone. Situation handled (I thought!). The next time I received the payment coupon book, I sent them an email with the correct names and address. I also filled out the contact information sheet that was sent a few months ago and returned it to The Lakes office. Today I received yet another piece of mail from Alliant Management. They don't seem to be able to change the information in their database. How unprofessional is that????? read more

Alliant provides services to subdivisions and condo complexes by collecting HOA fees. I recently had a horrible experience with their accounting staff. I went in to pay my dues, some old lady that they employ as an "accountant" messed up in telling me how much I owed, they took the matter to their attorney and put a lien against my home. I tried to call them and explain what happened but the accounting staff does not consist of the most reasonable (or educated) people. If you're thinking of hiring them, save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere. read more

I can see why Alliant got one star on reviews. I have contacted them 2 times and today I am going to their office. No return call. I sent them on 6/10/17, my maintenance fees and one was paid the other was not paid. The cable fee was the one not paid. Paid the $725.00 on 6/13, other nothing. No response back from them. They would not let me talk to anyone just the receptionist. Terrible customer service lucky I live here to write them my cable fee check again and go out of my way for their negligence. 2 years ago my girlfriend and I moved into a residence with very nice amenities. As of recently, we have decided to take advantage of these in our community. The lease was re-signed back in November. Due to complete neglect of communication between Alliant and our HOA, our gate fob's to let us into the community did not work for 4 months which meant waiting in line to get into our own community which we pay a substantial amount for rent and HOA fees. Most recently the lack of communication has inhibited our enjoyment of simple things around the community such as the pool, gym and library. The HOA did not even have a copy of our lease, not since 2014 with the original home owners name on it, neither one of our names at all. After calling and asking to fax our lease so we could be "members" of our community that we have lived in for the last two years, they have not one piece of paper with either of our names on it.
