No scratches on the door panel, plastic, or exterior weatherstripping. It truly was a first class experience. Safelite online quote was about $200 more for the repair. I'm not sure what other local companies would have charged since I wasn't able to reach them, but I have zero regrets with my transaction and felt the price was reasonable. When it comes to service based transactions, I seek the best value/quality/service, not always the rock bottom price. This guy was good.

I took my car to be repaired there after it was hit while parked. I went there to view the car and not only was I not shown the car I was treated horribly by the manager there. They are currently trying to hold me responsible through my insurance for the damages, so not only was my car vandalized, I have to go through all the hassle of contacting my insurance company and having to wait to have this place and my insurance battle it out. I would defiantly not recommend taking your car to be repaired here especially if you are a woman for fear that you will be treated as horribly as I was. edit: update over 2 weeks later and I still have not got my car back. The damage that was done to my car was conveniently underestimated by the garage. To top it all off i received a phone call from my insurance adjuster regarding the wheels they originally put on my car to replace the ones that were stolen and he termed them as unacceptable and unusable. The damage to date is all 4 wheels, 2 windows my windshield wipers ALL quarter panels the hood and i think some damage to the roof as well. Since we currently are building a house in the Pocono Area, We live 110 miles or so away. When we arrived at the Store we asked for her. She came over and asked if we had an appointment, we did not. She was short with us, telling us she could give us 5 to 10 minutes before her next appointment. We explained that we drove over a hundred miles, that didn't seem to matter. So we looked around and made an appointment for the following week. We got there 30 minutes early and she had people at her desk. She told us to go look around for ideas. 10 minutes before our scheduled time, she came and found us and spent the next 2 hours working with us. We then realized that her "attitude" the last time we were there was just her way of saying that her customer she is working with at the moment is her first priority. For 2 hours we were hers. She was constantly interrupted by other employees needing things and other customers (without appointments) trying to get her to do something. In her matter of fact tone, she told them that if they want to wait until she is done with us then they could, otherwise make an appointment. She is also straight forward with her opinions and designs. She will make you think about your choices and suggest some other ideas. The final design was more than we would have ever expected. We left there first by saying sorry for being pushy the first time we met and leaving there with a friend. If you go to Arley, call first, ask for Megan and make an appointment. Be prepared to be told "No you don't want that" because You will not regret working with her. She is our Tile Hero! We will go back again for our basement bathroom!
