The prices are great for the services provided. I had the team of Vivian and Valerie come do a move out cleaning for the condo we are moving out of. This place was dirty! We lived there for 6 years and it was quite dirty once everything was moved out. Vivian and Valerie cleaned for over 4 hours and everything is spotless! Things I didn't even think they would clean like the vents and a hanging lamp in dining area were cleaned and cleaned very well. Both ladies were very nice and really worked hard to make sure everything was done completely. We will definitely be using Rocket Cleaner again and requesting Vivian and Valerie again to do intermittent cleaning at our new place so it never gets as dirty as the old place did. This was a rental property that was transitioning tenants, so I needed a service that can HELP ME not need me to compromise my time, money and angst over whether or not they'll actually do what was planned. I spoke with Kathy and she was as accommodating as I needed. Worked out perfectly, a 3-person crew was able to come out within 2 hours of the phone call. Which was 1 hour before I was able to get there. I provided my garage code and then they started cleaning. 3 ppl is perfect as it makes the cleaning FAST. When I arrived, a 3-person crew was there as planned, they had a clearly marked car/van indicating who they were (I think they also had company branded shirts). They whore masks and gloves, cleaned all the usual stuff but also blinds & ceiling fans. Another thing I thought was helpful is they asked me if there was anything they can clean that wasn't typical. This is important because often times with services like this things go unasked or assumed. In short, as a landlord I'm always looking for a service that can help me. If I find one then I'm a repeat customer. I definitely will be because they made my life a lot easier that day AND the final invoice was within their estimated cost!

He gave a straight forward and honest answer to what work needed to be done and what could wait. He was very trustworthy and very knowledgeable. We got some quotes from a few "big guys" in town which were unsurprisingly more expensive. Those other guys also seemed more interested in making a sale than earning my HVAC business for the long term. When we selected America Sunshine, Luis walked me through the various heat pump options and when I asked which one he would go with, he amazingly didn't select the most expensive one! He told me I would get the most bang for my buck with one particular unit and had plenty of reasons to back up his opinion. It's too early to tell if we selected the right unit but so far so good. When Luis came out to install the unit, he showed up with his brother, son, and an additional worker. They were all very courteous and did a good job of picking up after themselves and keep dirt to a minimum. Ruiz did a patch job on some drywall which was exceptional and I can't even tell where he worked. They did a great job of removing the old equipment and taking care of the small things like electrical, old piping, holes etc. It looks like the old system was never there. They also periodically updated me and my wife so we knew what was going on. When I thought the project was done Luis took time to show me some pictures. Everything looked perfect to my untrained eye but Luis said he wasn't happy with some of the piping he just installed. He asked if he could come out the next day to replace it. You could tell that most people would have just let it ride but he is a bit of a perfectionists. At no cost to me, he came back out and made sure that everything was perfect about the job. I have to admit I was a bit worried due to the fact that replacing an AC is a huge cost and you want to make sure it's done perfectly. Luis and his company rose to the occasion and exceeded my expectations. He will definitely be my AC guy going forward and I learned that Ruiz is a pretty good tile guy as well. I think my wife already has the next job lined up for them.

Obie and Lena showed up and were incredible right from the beginning- especially since I had no idea where to start and was extremely overwhelmed with how disorganized and messy my apartment had become. Was happy with this company until they called me up out of the blue last year and said "Your cleaning fee is going up from $115 to $155. 35% increase and no explanation. Take it or leave it. I chose to leave and find someone else. I pay $150 to have my 3200 sf house in Chandler cleaned. Why would I pay more to have a house half the size cleaned? In my opinion, very bad customer service doing this to a customer.
