A house cleaning service is something I've always wanted to try, but never actually got around to doing. After having Rocket Cleaner visit our 2 bed/2 bath townhouse... I'm not sure how I went so long without having a cleaning service as awesome as these guys are. Seriously. We have two puppies who shed terribly and light colored floors- so sweeping and mopping is part of our weekly routine. It was SO nice coming home to a clean house after a long day of work. They did such a thorough job of cleaning the entire place. All in all the appointment took about 3 hours, but they were running a little behind from a previous house (they did call to inform me). Never used a cleaning service before so I was a little skeptical at first. Doug and Manny came to my home and they were so friendly and made sure I felt comfortable while they were in my home. They were very transparent and showed me their checklist before they started ensuring I knew what was in store. They cleaned my home surprisingly fast and then had me walk it with them making sure I was happy, and I was! I now use Rocket Cleaner every week. They always schedule Doug and Manny because I've already become very comfortable with them, but I don't don't doubt everyone who works here is great. On a whim I decided to get my girlfriend and I an early Christmas present- getting our apartment cleaned by someone other than us. I initially thought this would be a one time luxury for us to enjoy. After seeing the quality, detailed level of cleaning and experiencing the friendly demeanors of the crew for the very reasonable price I don't see how I'll be able to let this be a one-and-done. It's just too great a service to not take advantage of at least once a month if not more. Ordering was really fast, service is amazing would definitely use them again. The best thing about Rocket Cleaners is that they go above and beyond to make sure every cleaning need is met. Once you place an order, the cleaning team showed up to my home and did an excellent job. Used these guys last night and they were great. They are all so friendly, and have an easy to use website that allows me to book when I want to without getting confused or frustrated trying to figure it out. When the staff is at my home I love how I feel comfortable with them and they take care of all kinds of chores that I prefer not to do myself such as cleaning the windows and blinds, and are always on top of cleaning places that just seemed to be missed. Cleaning never was a tough task to handle, but now it's a little more difficult with a child in the mix. I have Rocket Cleaner at my house once a week to make sure that my house is always clean and orderly. Having them help with the dishes and laundry is so helpful. I set everything up with Gabriel for a clean of my house that I'm selling. He was one of the most professional people that I've ever dealt with.
